My husband and I enjoyed our stay at your condo. The views were peaceful, and the furnishings and artwork showed taste. It was just a quick hop onto the highway to take us right into Charleston, and there were lots of great places to eat less than 5 minutes from the condo. Thanks again!

My wife and I stayed in Jim's condo while visiting Charleston for the Earl Klugh Weekend of Jazz last year. First of all, I must say that we've never rented from a nicer person in our lives. Jim was phenomenal in every way in helping us with our stay and providing us with very pertinent and timely information for us which we used during our stay. The selling point for us, in addition to what I've mentioned already, has to be the location of the condo. You want to talk about centrally located- then this place has to be at the head of that conversation. The condo was impeccably cleaned and very, very comfortable. We felt like we were at home. We cannot wait to return to Charleston and, when we do, we know where we will be staying.

Wow! What a wonderful vacation we had in Charleston! Charleston is phenomenal and definitely the best kept secret in the country. Our accomodations were perfect in many ways including location specifically. We look forward to staying with you again on next year in the 2nd week of November. Just wanted to say that my husband, infant, and I had a great time at your condo. It was convenient, well-equipped, very nicely furnished, and with great marsh views. Our stay in Charleston was very VERY comfortable. We had everything we needed and the Harris Teeter was very convenient too. I want to thank you for your many recommendations. Debbie was wonderful and the minute she held our son, he stopped crying. The park is adorable and it was fun to walk around and see the holiday lights being set up. The restaurants you suggested were great, and for our splurge dinner, we ended up going to Husk, and it was pretty good, but to be honest we liked lunch at Poogun (sp?)'s Porch better. And now we're following your other recommendation and are in Asheville right now. Didn't quite get to see and do as much as we'd like (baby kind of slow things down), but I guess that just leaves things to do when I come back (Charleston is a popular place for professional conventions)! Thank you very much and hope we'll be in contact again later!

WOW, what an amazing, gogeous condo you have. We had a wonderful time in Charleston and one of the greatest parts about it was coming home and feeling so taken care of and relaxed by our surroundings. Hey Jim just letting you know we very much enjoyed our stay at 6108! It was perfect for us and to my surprise was proposed to at the pier on Folly Beach! So I am sure we will stay again sometime just for the memories :) Folly Beach was great for us the low key feel and we loved Lost Dog cafe for breakfast and the Grille was excellent! Food and service was amazing! Anyways thanks again have a great week!

My husband and I spent 5 days and 4 nights here. The accommodations were fabulous and tastefully decorated. It was a relaxing atmosphere. It is our final day in Charleston and we've LOVED it! Thank you so much for being so accommodating -- we got a chance to go to some of the places you recommended. You're right, Charleston has such tasty food! I am looking at my flight itinerary and my flight back to Denver is not until 7:30 tonight (Sunday) so we'd like to squeeze as many activities into today as possible but I think I remember you saying we need to check out by 3pm. Is there a way that the checkout time could be pushed back to 4:30-5pm? Or would there be a safe place at the clubhouse we could park our luggage until we're ready to grab a taxi? Again, thank you SO much for the wonderful introduction to Charleston, I am sure we will be back soon. We both enjoyed ourselves very much.

The listing description was somewhat accurate, but not totally. There should be a picture of what the Condo's look like on the outside. So, the listing photos did not reflect the rentals appearance and amenities. The property itself was clean, but when we were to be able to check in at 3 and arrived at 4:30 the room had still not been cleaned; which was totally not any fault of our own or the cleaning crew or the owner. I doubt that I would recommend this property or stay again myself

We strive to make each unique tenant experience a pleasant one. For example, we provide additional materials in our properties not found elsewhere at comparable price points. This includes designer furniture, antiques, silver appointments, luxurious furnishings, professionally coordinated wall coloring, and original oil paintings and photography. Additionally, we provide value-add accessories and features to each property not found elsewhere that we hope enhance the experience of our guests, including fully stocked kitchens, fresh linens and towels, professionally cleaned and prepared accommodations, panel high definition televisions, chairs and coolers for beach use, umbrellas for rainy days, and laundry equipment amongst many others. This properties also includes ample storage, limitless off street parking and excellent views. The unit is located in a secure, established neighborhood with easy access to the historic area and beaches at a highly competitive rate. While we have an extensive record of highly satisfied and appreciative clients though informal networks, we realize that such experiences may not be for everyone. We provide "homes away from home" not hotel nor B&B accommodations. Because of this and because we rely upon an honor system with our tenants, itineraries are not an exact science. Saying that, we try to respond to each tenant concern accordingly and expeditiously. I am glad that the concern of yours was resolved in less than 2 hours on a weekend -- this is a very short response time on a major vacation weekend. Please understand that our primary concern is assuring that our clients needs are met and promised services delivered. When there is an unusual lapse of service, our team works hard to correct the situation behind the scenes. In your instance, we apologize that we did not meet your level of communication expected but hope that you found acceptable that your service need was met in the shortest amount of time possible under the conditions of the day. Aside from the events of Saturday, we hope that your stay in Charleston was a pleasant one and that you have left with pleasant memories of your stay. Just a note to tell you we enjoyed the condo. The location was a perfect base for us and it worked well for our day trips. Thanks for taking care of the linens and making everything so nice. Charleston was very interesting to us and we enjoyed the beautiful homes and Sullivan's Island. We had good food and did make it to Athens for dinner- there we had great service and excellent food.
