Enjoy a peaceful retreat to the lake and mountains at our perfect hideaway! Unit sleeps 6 comfortably with a full bed on the first level, a queen bed in the master bedroom on the second level, and twin beds in the loft on the second level overlooking the living room. All sleeping areas have closets with extra blankets and pillows.
Park the car and relax in beautiful, natural surroundings. Rise for an early morning hike and then swim or float the hours away in Eastman Lake. Visit the newly built (in 2009) South Cove Activity Center for access to a lap pool, fitness center, and special children's programs and activities (day use fee required). Or curl up with one of the many good books or magazines in the unit, listen to a CD, watch a video, bake a cake, take a nap, or just stare out the window at the trees... You get the picture--the choice to do lots or do nothing is all yours!
If the spirit moves you, plan some great day trips to nearby attractions. A few of our favorite things to do include a dinner cruise or downhill skiing at Lake Sunapee, summer theatre in New London, attend a concert or visit a museum at Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH, take a house tour and view the magnificent garden sculptures at Saint-Gaudens National Historic Site in Cornish, NH, dine at the world-famous Simon Pearce Restaurant in Quechee, VT (be sure to go downstairs to watch the glass blowing and pottery making), or stroll the picturesque village of Woodstock, VT (about a 40-minute drive). So much to do... so little time!

Jack and I live in Boston, Massachusetts and love to share our second home with others who enjoy the beauty, peace, and amenities of the Eastman Community and Upper Valley Region of New Hampshire. Our families and friends have enjoyed quality time together at Eastman, and we hope to offer the same experience to you too!

We visited Eastman for the first time in 2000 and had such a wonderful time with our family that week, we knew this would be a choice location if we ever decided to purchase a second home. We especially appreciate that members of this community share our love of the outdoors and respect for the surrounding environment.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhouse Condo
We like to walk as much as possible and especially enjoy our close proximity to the lake, activity center, and hiking trails. There are days when we simply don't drive at all at Eastman! Also, our unit is 1 of 3 on a small dead-end road and we have lots of privacy other units don't seem to have.
