Mountain living only 2 minutes from downtown Aspen and the gondola. Lovely, mature Aspen, Pine, and Spruce trees surround the fenced 1/3 of an acre.
Step out onto the private bricked patio where, in the summer, the breathtaking rock gardens make this a wonderful relaxing spot to just lay in the hammock or to entertain family and friends. The front door pickup shuttle service is available every half hour to take you to the slopes, dining and to Aspen's night spots, all just 2 minutes away. The Premier Aspen Club & Spa is just minutes away, where you will have guest privileges available during your stay. Your well mannered pets are welcome, although an additional deposit may apply.
For your comfort and that of future guests no smoking is allowed in the home.
We are flexible as to dates so choose your arrival and departure.

An initial deposit of 50% by Cashier's Check or Wire Transfer is required.
Deposits are due within 10 days of the reservation request along with a completed
and accepted rental agreement. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
A rental confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your deposit and
signed reservation forms.
Length of Stay: 1 week minimum stay. If available, the charge for the extra days
will be prorated from the rental rate in effect.

The Unique Benefits at this House/Duplex
The house is on the quiet side of Aspen, right on the Dial A Ride bus route. Being two minutes by car away, it is convenient to town but removed from the noise and bustle.

Phyllis Smith moved to Aspen in 1965. I moved to town in 1976, we met and were married and raised out two children in the house. She is self employed.
