Mountain living only 2 minutes from downtown Aspen and the gondola. Lovely, mature Aspen, Pine, and Spruce trees surround the fenced 1/3 of an acre. Walk or bike into town on the new million dollar East Aspen Trail system.
Step out onto the private bricked patio with an outdoors hot tub in the winter or summer to relax after a day of skiing, golf, hiking, biking, fishing, etc, . The front door pickup shuttle service (Dial A Ride) is available every half hour to take you to the slopes, dining and to Aspen's night spots, all just 2 minutes away. The Premier Aspen Club & Spa located nearby. Your well mannered pets are welcome, although an additional deposit may apply.
For your comfort and that of future guests NO SMOKING is allowed in the home.
We are flexible as to dates so choose your arrival and departure.

We stayed here over New Years and the house was perfect. House has really nice features including a beautiful electronics set up, great jacuzzi, nice kitchen set up and stunning bathrooms. Whole house is beautifully decorated. We like to cook and the kitchen had a every gizmo we could possibly use. Nice big dining table to have lovely evening dinners with our group. Dial A Ride service is so convenient to the house you dont even need a car and its like having your own private car service. Takes about 2-3 minutes to get into town. Owner is great. Really nice guy who is super helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was very clean and beautifully decorated (very festive when we came just after christmas!). Bedroom we stayed in was very comfortable and had plenty of closet/wardrobe space as well as nice warm blankets. Living area had lots of seating and cable TV and also a TV in the loft space. I particularly enjoyed the kitchen as it had all the things (and more!) needed to cook whatever we were cooking, breakfast, dinner, lunch. I found it very convenient for cooking. Overall, house was lovely and would definitely come back!

Our family vacation was very relaxed and enjoyable, thanks to this VRBO home we rented in Aspen's East end. The owners were very accomodating and easy to work with. Close to town by free bus or an easy walk or bike ride by path. We felt right at home - the property had everything we needed. Being able to bring our dog was wonderful. We cooked BBQ'd, enjoyed the hot tub and just hung out. We had ages 8-62; everyone really enjoyed it and we hope to return!

Our family stayed in this home in August 2010, and loved it so much we returned in August 2011. The house is clean, well-maintained and comfortable, and really does feel like a home, not like a rental property. The owner personally welcomed us to the home and showed us the property - no lockbox here! The location is great - a quiet residential neighborhood but convenient to downtown Aspen, as well as all the hiking, biking, fishing, etc that make Aspen in the summer such a fabulous place to be. Highly recommended!

This home was truly a Winter Wonderland. Just outside of the buzz of the day and night life of Downtown Aspen. The FREE shuttle meet you just outside your front door. Lovely appointed feels like your home with all the comforts of home. Our family had a wonderful time here and would come again in summer or winter.
