Cook a meal in the brand new kitchen with beautiful hickory cabinets, tiled countertops, and travertine and wood floors. There's plenty of seating for 8 people in the adjoining dining area or bar. Eat or grill dinner out on the back deck, overlooking the 10th hole of Innsbruck Golf Course. Stroll around the corner from the kitchen to appreciate the warm glow of the gas fireplace while relaxing on the comfy new sectional in the sunny living room.
Hardwood floors greet you in the two upstairs bedrooms, each with its own private balcony, Tuscany tiled bathroom and TV. The master bathroom has its own private jacuzzi.
A third bedroom on the main floor has easy access to the kitchen and living room, with a bathroom just steps away. The ultra-private fourth bedroom is located downstairs in the walkout lower level, with its own tiled bathroom, TV and private deck area that fronts the golf course.
Also on the lower level, you'll find a huge family room, complete with wet bar, internet access, poker playing area, and a huge flat screen TV to watch your favorite ball game.
Stroll outside to the lower deck, and relax in the private hot tub after a day of playing 18 holes - at a special guest member rate! Use of the community pool or tennis courts is included in your stay, all just minutes from the varied activities of downtown Helen.

New Rates: $120 Sunday-Thursday nights, $175 Friday or Saturday nights. The cleaning fee is $85, and combined taxes of 15% are required. Special rates apply on holiday nights. For weekly rentals, the 7th night is free!
