The kitchen is a tiny treasure with world class possibilities! Custom cabinetry, granite tops & new appliances make this kitchen so inspiring you may even discover your inner chef! We want you to enjoy our kitchen so much that we are introducing a new service for our guests! Simply email us your grocery list 3 days in advance of your arrival and for a small fee we will grocery shop for you! That's right, send us your list and before you get here we will shop and stock our beautiful kitchen just the way you like it!
The family room & breakfast nook are open to the kitchen. We have placed a 42" flat screen TV so that it is visible from all areas. The sunporch is just steps away connected by beautiful double french doors. Leave them open for more living space or close them to create a perfectly comfy, quiet reading room. Our cottage has two bedrooms with one queen size bed in each bedroom. Both bedrooms have private access to the beautiful bathroom finished with custom tile work and a king sized shower. All the floors have in floor heat to keep you warm when the summer nights get cool or the fall is bringing in winter.
When it seems that you are longing for stress relief and a great nights sleep please skip the pharmacy! The soothing & calming styling of our beachside cottage is all you need. Perfect for intimate retreats, cozy weekends with friends or large family gatherings. You will find an endless supply of soul southing waves, a sandy beach & the allure of the perfect sunrise. - A man was stopped by a game warden with two buckets of fish from Lake Huron while staying at the North Shore Resort, a place well known for its fishing. The game warden asked the man, "Do you have a license to catch those fish?" The man replied to the game warden, "No, sir. These are my pet fish." - "Pet fish?!" the warden replied. "Yes, sir. Every night I take these fish down to the lake and let them swim around for a while. I whistle and they jump back into their buckets, and I take em home." "That's a bunch of hooey! Fish can't do that!" The man looked at the game warden for a moment, and then said, "Here, I'll show you. It really works." "O.K. I've GOT to see this!" said the warden. The man poured the fish in to the water and stood and waited. After several minutes, the game warden turned to the man and said, "Well?" - "Well, what?" the man asked."When are you going to call them back?" asked the warden. "Call who back?" - "The FISH." - "What fish?" answered the man!

Hello everyone! We are Norm & Jenny! Both of us have grown up in Michigan, the land of over 11,000 lakes. Somehow when we were kids we ended up inland!?! Norm grew up in the city of Warren, I grew up in the apple and peach orchards of Romeo! While growing up both of us spent many summer vacations in cottages on the water; family and friends always around. These vacations created unfading memories which have lingered for years and literally became the foundation for the road that our lives would travel. Today Norm & I share an unshakeable desire to make it possible for you, your family and friends to create your own unfading memories.
