This 2004 built home has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. After a fun round of golf on The Duke golf course you can relax by the pool and cook dinner on the new, professional grade, built-in BBQ and bar. If you prefer to be indoors, the pool table can offer enjoyment as well as cable television and wireless internet capabilities. The front room offers an atmosphere for reading while sitting by the fireplace. This home is newly furnished as of 2009 and is ready for you to enjoy. The backyard is newly landscaped as well. For the more "experienced" folks who are unable to navigate stairs, our home has everything you need on the main floor including a full bath and 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and another with a queen.
During your stay, take the time to enjoy all of what the Phoenix valley has to offer. Enjoy one of the many museums or galleries, shopping at Chandler's Fashion Square Mall and Anthem Outlets, a round of golf, a Cardinals or Suns game or catch one of many spring training games in March. Tickets and golf tee times can be arranged in advance. If you enjoy Casino's you're in luck! Down the street to the south is Harrah's Ak-Chin casino. To the North 15 minutes is the Gila River Casino. Maricopa is 15 minutes south of Chandler, 35 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport and 45 minutes from Allegiant Air's Phoenix-Mesa Williams Gateway Airport. Our search for a vacation home came to a quick close when we discovered the town of Maricopa. We chose Maricopa because it was very similar to our hometown...safe, quiet and filled with good, down to earth, hardworking people. If you're looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but yet be close to enough to access all the city has to offer, Maricopa is for you!
The Unique Benefits at this House
We really enjoy our newly landscaped backyard. Our favorite time of day is when the sun is setting to the west behind the mountains. The view from the 18th tee box is fantastic. Our heated pool, professional built in bbq and bar and large patio allow for hours of family fun and relaxation.

We are a young farm family from North Dakota. We purchased this home with our parents who are looking to spend part of their winters in Maricopa upon retirement. We love to play in the heated pool and really enjoy the warm break from our long, cold ND winters! We hope to share the fun with you as you explore Maricopa!

With five good-sized beds and clean amenities, this was a perfect property to treat my dad to a golf vacation. Thanks to the owners for making everything so smooth. Regarding specifics: the listing was accurate regarding this location; the photos accurately reflected the rental's appearance and amenities; the property was clean and well-maintained; the owners were helpful in answering our questions quickly (by text immediately); and I would recommend this property to a friend or family member.

We had a wonderful week long family reunion of my parents and brothers and sisters. We had 12 people in this huge house and never felt crowded. The description was very accurate. The photos were exactly like the house. It was very clean and well maintained. The owners were very easy to work with and I loved the opportunity to work directly with them and not having to work through a Realtor or 3rd party. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants some down time and time to just float on the pool and enjoy the Arizona sun. We spent most of our days out in the pool and covered patio. My mom loved being close to the Casino and we all enjoyed their Sea Food Buffet. This is defiantly a great value with tons of room for the money spent :)

We stayed here in March 2011 and had a great time! It was nice to have our own pool and secluded back yard. There were 3 couples and we each had our own room and bath. The house was clean, nicely decorated. The neighborhood was quiet, well kept, and safe! The men golfed several times, nice courses close by. I would definitely recommend this home. The owners were easy to work with and very accommodating. Thank you very much to the owners! We hope to be back next year!
