We purchased this Coach Home as our second home. Eventually we would like to retire in Moody River.
Why the Owner Chose North Fort Myers
Moody River is close to everything, shopping, entertainment restaurants and many golf courses and yet it is not affected by the traffic congestion farther south.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The 7000 square foot club house has a fitness center with all the equipment you would expect at a private club. The pools and other amenities are first class and well maintained for residents and guests only. There is 24/7 security at the guard station as well as a roving patrol. We feel very safe taking our late night walks.
