Year Purchased: 2004
We first rented this house in 2003, fell in love with it and bought in 2004. We travel extensively and have another residence in San Francisco so it is time to let others enjoy living in this magical place. We will only rent to those who fully qualify in enjoyment of the finer things in life and maybe you, too, will fall in love and make an offer we can't refuse. There is no bad season but this season is the best!
Why the Owner Chose Belvedere
Ferry to San Francisco. San Francisco Yacht Club a stone's throw away. Open space hiking within 5 minutes. The town of Tiburon a short walk for restaurants, movies, and shopping. Quiet street. Privacy from neighbors. Constantly changing views with sailboats and distant fog. No wind -- we are on the leeward side of the island.
