Beautiful and recently renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath Ocean View Apartment. Amazing panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. You are literally seconds away from the sand, pedestrian/bike routes and the famous Venice Boardwalk.

Located steps to great restaurants and shops that are along the beach (Ocean Front), Main Street and Abbot Kinney Blvd. This property is also very close to the border of Santa Monica so strolling to Main Street and all the attractions in Santa Monica is also within walking distance.

Walk or bike to everything! And an easy drive to all Southern California destinations.

The apartment has a brand new modern kitchen with high end appliances, marble/granite counters, polished dark wood floors throughout and new tiled bathroom. There is 2 balconies within the unit
and a huge roof top deck taht has a BBQ, patio furniture and amazing views.

In the home there are queen beds in each of the bedrooms and a sofa in the living room that comes together to become the size of a small bed (not a sofa bed). More ocean views in the kitchen and living room. Dining room table for 6 people to sit. 52" Sharp Aquos LCD TV with cable, DSL, unlimited local and long distance calling in the US, quality linens and towels. The property features built in speakers throughout. You can just plug your IPOD into the receiver (cable provided), listen to the radio or any one of the dozens of commercial free cable music stations and listen to your music in one or all of the rooms (even bathroom and rooftop deck).

There is private parking for 2 cars, which is unheard of in Venice.

One of the bedrooms is an open loft area that is above the living room up the circular stairway.

Venice Boardwalk: It's really more of a sidewalk than a "board" walk, but a walk down it is the best way to explore the waterfront scene. You'll pass street performers, skaters, artists, gawkers and vendors selling all kinds of items from incense to sarongs.

Muscle Beach: This is the place where Arnold Schwarzenegger and hosts of other body-builders have "bulked up" in the outdoor weight room. If you'd like to have your day in the sun, you can buy a day pass at the office.

Venice Canals: A few blocks remain out of some 16 miles of manmade waterways that once graced Venice-of-America, founded in 1905 by local developer Abbot Kinney. You can walk along them in the area bordered by Washington, South Venice Blvd., Pacific Ave. and Ocean Ave.

Venice Beach Graffiti Walls: The graffiti artists who gain permits to paint here exhibit a high quality of artistic flair. They're busy at work on selected weekends.

Abbot Kinney Blvd: The travel writing press has been touting Abbot Kinney as the newest hip spot for years, but it's just now starting to live up to the hype. It's a few blocks away from the waterfront, but worth a stop for nicer restaurants than you'll find at the beach and for a browse in some of the funky boutique shops selling clothing, home decor items and other fun stuff.
