This two-bedroom Deluxe condominium is at the left end of Frangipani block so is more private as the adjacent block is set further back. F201 has a modernised granite kitchen and bathrooms, the ensuite with double shower heads and porthole. There is additionally a hydrotherapy spa bath and surround sound plasma TV. Ideal for discerning guests who want more than generally offered in rental properties!
This is an ideal stopover for international visitors to mainland cities, giving access to Reef, Islands, rainforests, wildlife, etc., and Australians will love the Tropical atmosphere, the Resort itself, and the enormous variety of things to do.

Why the Owner Chose Hamilton Island
Hamilton Island is in a tropical location close to the Great Barrier Reef so there are a lot of different activities available. We explored many areas before purchasing an investment property and Hamilton Island attracted us as it gave us investment potential and also allowed us to be able to use the apartment for ourselves, our family and friends. Because we also use it for ourselves, we have renovated it to a very high standard.
The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
We have renovated our apartment to a very high standard so it is very comfortable and relaxing. The position on the end of the top level also gives a great view and more privacy within the apartment and on the balcony. Frangipani is at the eastern end of the resort beach so this part of the beach is also more peaceful and our private pool is well landscaped and quieter than other pools.....though we still can access all other resort pools.
