You will experience the feel of old Florida when you enter the gates of Marbrisa. The meandering tree-lined streets with brightly painted bird houses draws you in. Marbrisa sits on the east and west sides of A1A and has a club house with pool and tennis courts in the interior of Marbrisa on the west side, as well as a club house and pool directly on the ocean.
Your beach house sits on the corner of Ventura and Marbrisa Drive and is dressed with a large paver driveway handling 8 to 10 cars as well as a 4 car garage. As you enter through the double French doors, your view of the in-ground pool and screened lanai is breathtaking. The large sunken living room with cathedral ceiling is defined by white coral columns.
There is a spacious kitchen which opens into the family room with a fireplace, as well as a separate dining room. There are 5 lanai entrances to the pool area. The lanai has a large covered area with an outdoor bar. This beach house was built in a "U" shape to accommodate two separate master suites on either end with an additional bedroom and bath along the right side hallway. There is an additional room currently used as a bedroom with desk, but easily converted into a den. There is a large equipped laundry room with washer/dryer and large sink. The beach house is fully furnished, linens and utensils for up to 8 people. New TV's, new gas grill, and new desk with chair were added after pictures were taken.

I chose Vero Beach because of its beauty, tranquility and walking distance to the beach. The weather is consistently warm and pleasant while the beaches are extensive and pristine. The upscale community is completely private with friendly neighbors, tree-lined streets and within a few miles of shopping.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The Jungle Trail is convenient for walking, biking and bird watching located along the west side of Marbrisa and runs along the Intracoastal Waterway. Walt Disney World chose Vero Beach as the destination for its members to relax in a quite serene beach atmosphere located approximately 2 miles north of Marbrisa on A1A.

I am, Keith, a business professional and have owned my own residential mortgage business for the past 20+ years. Rhonda and I live with our 2 white boxer dogs. On our days off we enjoy walking our dogs and reading on the beach. Marbrisa provides a home-like atmosphere with private beach access and private resort-like amenities.
