We are in the heart of Summit County Ski Country! We are 15 minutes from Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain; 20 minutes from Loveland; 30 minutes from Vail. If you like Summer in Colorado, we are a short walk to Lake Dillon via the paved bike trail, which leads you to over 100 miles of trails for the road and mountain bike enthusiast. We are very close to National Forest, hiking trails and golf courses. We are also walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping centers, and movie theaters.
Our 3 BR, 2.5 BA spacious floor plan sleeps 6-8 people. The kitchen features granite countertops & stainless appliances and the kitchen is fully stocked to allow you to cook basic to gourmet meals. There are flat screen TVs with HD cable in the living room, master bedroom and queen guest room. Every floor has a covered deck with a view, and the top floor (same level as kitchen) has a gas grill. This townhouse has a heated garage where you can store your skiis, with additional off street parking that is steps away from the front door.
If you don't want to rent a car, then no problem. Take a shuttle from the Denver airport to Dillon, and our townhouse is steps away from the Summit Shuttle. The shuttle takes you to Keystone, Breckenridge, Frisco and Silverthorne - and it is FREE.

Why the Owner Chose Other Dillon Properties
We have many friends in Silverthorne and Dillon, and absolutely fell in love with the location and convenience to many ski resorts, and hiking/biking trails in the Summer. Location and proximity to virtually everything was a huge driving force in determine the location. We have easy access to the Summit Shuttle, and are walking distance to the Dillon Dam Brewery, Red Mountain Grill, grocery stores, and other retail shopping.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
We particularly love the beautiful views at both sunrise and sunset. Sitting by the fireplace watching it snow and anticipating the wonderful skiing; or sipping a beverage on our deck admiring a beautiful rainbow after a Summer rain - those are some of the special moments we love about our home. We hope you will enjoy the views, and find our home a comfortable refuge from your day to day work life.

We purchased this beautiful townhouse during the construction phase, and it was completed in February, 2009. We love the contrast between the Summer and Winter months, and the variety of activities the location affords us. Our primary residence is in Pensacola, Fl, so the Colorado place offers a great contrast to the beach life in Florida.

We have decided that the word perfect best suits this property. Perfect accomodations, perfect location, perfect views....just perfect! We stayed here for 3 nights during the middle of March 2010 and had a wonderful time. This home isabsolutely gorgeous as are the view off of any of the decks. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could need. The location doesn't get any better--close to shopping, good restaurants, and skiing. We took our 10 month old son with us and it was the perfect setup to have a baby in. The master bedroom is very large and gave him plenty of room to play as well as set up a pack and play. The owners were a delight to deal with--very nice and answered any questions we had quickly. We cannot wait to return to Dillon and stay in this PERFECT townhome!!
