Still, within a short drive you will find the sights and attractions of Seaside, Destin, and Pensacola, with airport access at either Fort Walton Beach or Panama City.
We invite you to stay in our comfortably decorated condominium on scenic highway 30-A, along the sugar-sand beach and emerald waters of South Walton County, and in the vibrant community of Gulf Place in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Gulf Place is just across the street from the beach, with private access for Gulf Place guests. The unit is on the third of four floors (elevator access) in this popular community, right at the top level of beautiful palm trees which enhance your gulf view. A spacious balcony is accessed by two sets of French doors, and provides ample seating.
Accommodations include one king, two twin beds, and two bunk beds, with one master bathroom and another bathroom accessed from both the hallway and the guest bedroom. Six people can be quite comfortably accommodated. Television with cable is available in the living room and in both bedrooms. The unit has been decorated in tropical and nautical fabrics, and you will enjoy artwork which has been collected on our travels around the world.
Our guests have access to three pools (one heated), tennis courts, shuffleboard, walking/bike trails, and charcoal grills. For golf enthusiasts, the Santa Rosa Beach and Golf Club is only a short walk away, and offers 18 holes, some with gulf view! You can also enjoy summer concerts on the grassy amphitheatre in the center of Gulf Place. For cooking, the kitchen is fully furnished, and the adjacent dining table comfortably seats six, with room for two more on stools at the bar. Two grocery stores and a wonderful family-owned and operated seafood market are only a short drive away. And for those who need computer access, free Wi-Fi is available.
Every vacation should include opportunities for shopping and dining, and at Gulf Place you will find both. Right in our community you can enjoy an old-fashioned ice cream parlor, pizzeria, wine bar, and a full-service restaurant, with other dining opportunities within several blocks. Shopping in Gulf Place includes clothing boutiques, bike rentals, day spa, hair salon, and a full-service pharmacy. Only several miles away you can also enjoy the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, with dozens of upscale stores, including Polo, Brooks Brothers, Cole-Haan, Coach, and many more.

Every year my family goes on a birthday weekend as it is mine and my sons birthdays. This year we stayed at Gulf Place Carribbean Condo and it was perfect... Very close to everything but also very private and peaceful. There is a bike/walking trail right in front that stretches about 16 or more miles. There's THE BEST Yogurt shop down the road... Blue Mountain Creamery !! yummm...ALso, Seaside is very close and the The Great Southern Cafe is the best too as well as Bud & Alley's pizza place.. The condo is comfortable and has a great balcony to sit out on and you can watch the sunset ... I looked on VRBO for many months before deciding on this unit. I read the other reviews of it and that's what made me decide. It is a very clean unit and has comfortable furnishings. It is even nicer in person than the photos. The owner Kurt is very nice also and very easy to work with.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My family and I were very pleased with the vacation home. First, the location was great. The area was traffic free. The lisiting description was very accurate regarding location to the beach. Walmart was 3 miles away and the outlet mall was less the 10 miles away. There were other activites and restaurants less than 15 miles away in the area, but traffic was very heavy. The vacation home was fabulous. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well stock. The owner, Kirk rocks!. He was very professional and timely. We will plan a vacation here in the future.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We once again returned to our favorite vacation spot, Santa Rosa Beach. Great facility for our family of 5! Kirk was an excellent host and helped us find a beach chair rental company before our arrival. Very clean condo and maintained exceptionally by GPC staff. Will visit again next year. The condo was ideal for our trip, beds were comfortable, room was clean, all appliances worked. It is convenient to good local restaurants, and the beach across the street was very nice. We were on a thrid floor unit, twice during our stay the elevator was not working, I think due to kids playing on it however. The pool was nice and the grounds were fairly well maintained. No major complaints, certainly not with our condo, a good value. The owner was very accomodating and good to deal with.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We had such an amazing time. The condo was spacious and had plenty of room for the 4 of us. The 12 & 9 year old enjoyed the bunkbeds and the twin beds with the TV/DVD. It had everything we needed. The location was great. We had friends staying in Destin and we were only 20 min away & it was nice to get back to the condo, away from the crowded beaches and restaurants. The washer/dryer was a definite plus too! I highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back next year!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My family just returned from another wonderful stay in Santa Rosa. The condo was a perfect fit for our family of five. The condo had a fully stocked kitched which allowed us to prepare our meals, great view of the Gulf and nicely decorated. If you have never been to 30A and Santa Rosa you are missing out. Beautiful beaches, great restaurants and shops. Kirk was great to work with! We can't wait to go back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We had a beautiful week on 30-A. Myself, wife and 1 year old loved this property. I had a couple of questions on my arrival and Kirk answered them by phone right away. The pool was very clean, short walk across the street to the beach and our daughter enjoyed feeding the turtles off the bridge. Would definetly stay here again. Gulf Place Carribbean is a spectaular place to vacation-Paradise! The location and views are beyond words. The owner (Kirk) is a wonderful person and and very accommodating. My daughter and I have been coming here for two years now and hope to continue this wonderful tradition we share together in the future. The condo is well appointed, very clean, well stocked with all the amenties of home, nice balcony with patio furniture which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with spectacular views,and sunsets. Plenty of recreational activities and rentals for all, beach, unique shops and fine restaurants within the complex, or just a short drive to surrounding towns. Why the Owner Chose Gulf Place Caribbean:
For years we rented at various places along Scenic 30A. We decided to buy our unit at Gulf Place Carribean because it is on the third floor, has a good view of the gulf, and is as close as we could get to the beach from a property located on the north side of 30A. In front of the building are elegant single family homes. So, whenever we went to the beach we found a quiet place away from others. The sunsets from either the beach or balcony are beautiful. The sand is white. The sea is emerald.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
There are more than three private access points to the beach, just a short walk away. Within Gulf Place there are a number of restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. A gas and convenience store just down the street. Plenty of convenient parking at the building.
