The townhouse was exceptional! It was exactly as described and the owner was great to work with. I loved the decor and how close it was to the beach. This was my first time staying in a townhouse. We usually stay in hotels, but I have to say after my week in the townhouse, I will never stay in a hotel again. The location was great and it was quite. Didn't have to worry about finding a parking spot. You get to park right at the door. The townhouse was very spacious for all of us. There wasn't enough towels for all of us we had to wash them everyday, and they was damp when we got there. But other than that everything else was great. I would definetely recommend this one to someone else. OH! and the view was exceptional! And I liked that we could walk to Schooners and eat (which I recommend). Everything was in good condition and didnt seem worn out or torn. The house was well maintained. I really loved that this house was pet friendly, we don't vacation unless we take Sydney our dog with us.

we have been to PCB for 13 years and this was the best year....the town house was great, cozy, like home away from home :). very convienent and look forward to spending our vacation every year here. Townhouse location is perfect as well and loved walking off balcony and right onto the beach. no more struggle with finding a parking spot or waiting on the elevator. decor was pretty as well, thanks for making our vacation great experience.

This was a perfect vacation place. The view is incredible. It was everything described and more. We had a wonderful time and the place felt like home. I will be coming back here again and again.

Great view, excellent accomodations, lovely view and everything that was promised was delivered as stated. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wanted to have a great time and restaurants were great!

We stayed the 01/2010 the weather wasnt great, but everything about condo was really nice and looking at white beaches instead snow. We will be returning again for 3 months its just relaxing watching the ocean

We rented this unit in October, 2009. We were very impressed with the amenities. The weather was perfect for our family gathering. To be able to step off the deck onto the sand was great.
