Please note that this is not a beachfront unit. In this particular stretch of the Destin beach, the beach does not have any buildings on it. The unit is just across Scenic Gulf Drive (not a major highway) where many people walk and cross. There's a crossing bridge over the street to the beach. The unit is right on the golf course! The buildings between the unit and the beach do not obstruct the view from the 17th floor.

Rented during week between Christmas and New Years on a spur of the moment decision. Thankful it was available. Condo has a teriffic view of gulf from upper floor. Very clean and cared for. Will stay again in future.

My sisters and our daughters thoroughly enjoyed our getaway at Ariel Dunes. Our condo was very clean and comfortable with all the modern conveniences you would need. The views from the balcony were spectacular and beautiful. The weather was perfect for sunning and swimming every day. We enjoyed playing in the big swimming pools and frolicking on the beach. The seafood was delicious especially at Pompano Joe's Restaurant on the Scenic Gulf Drive. We wish our stay had been longer, but we will definitely come again and stay at this condo. The owner was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

We stayed here just for a weekend getaway, it was so beautiful. The view was great and the room clean and they had everything you could need. The location was great also it was away from all the traffic and yet close enough to everything, great places to eat down the road and just walk to the beach. The owner was very helpful with everything anwsered all my questions.Great place to go is the Baytown Wharf Village and The Harbor Docks. Great places to eat is The Crab Trap and AJ"S..

We stayed here during spring break for a cheerleading competition and the experience we had was wonderful. The unit we stayed in was nice and very affordable. From our balcony, we had a gorgeous view of the ocean. I would recommend staying here because the property was well maintained and clean.
