Brand New Condo in Union Creek-Walking Distance to Slopes!

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love the fact that the condo is walking distance to the slopes the ski school. This allows us reach the slopes quickly and also easily come back to the condo for lunch and hot cocoa by the warm fire. After a long day of being outdoors, it is nice to unwind and relax in the hot tub just outside the building. The condo is walking distance from shops, restaurants, and bars in the village, and has something to offer for every age group.

We love to ski! We first had the opportunity to visit Copper Mountain about 10 years ago, and ever since then, we have fell more and more in love with the the slopes, the village, and the cozy atmosphere with each visit. It is a great place to relax and just have fun! We finally decided to make Copper our second home with the purchase of a condo this year.

I have just returned from a week at Copper and had an excellent vacation at this condo. This Condo is A1; Location, comfort and quality. The photos are an excellent representation what you should expect. The communication with the owner was excellent at all times. Everything that Copper has on offer is in easy walking distance. I recommend this property to anyone looking for condo located in a great location and high quality. Would use again! Thanks Laleh for making my 40th Birthday great!

Everything about this unit was just as advertised. Well equipped, brand new, spotless, very comfortable, and extremely convenient. The best part was the proactive communication with the owner, which made everything easier. We really enjoyed our visit, and hope to return again.

This was our first trip to Copper Mountain and we loved it. The mountain is great for everyone from beginners to experiences skiers. The condo is close to the ski school which made going back and forth much easier. It is extremely clean and well maintained. Everything is new. Very quiet. Enough room for my husband, myself and our two kids. We didn't use the large covered patio with bbq because it was too cold but it would be great for use during a spring or summer trip. It snowed during our entire stay and when we would wake up in the morning the paths and roads would already be cleared. Very attentive service by everyone at Copper. The condo owner was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Me and my family have stayed at many condo's in the Colorado Ski areas, and this was our first trip to Copper. The slopes are one of the best for both beginners and experienced skiers. The condo at the Cache's we stayed at made the experience that much more of a pleasure. Only a few walking minutes from the lifts along with all the brand new amenities made this condo a joy to stay in. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to visit copper. We can't wait to go back!
