Our home is decorated in Florida style, everything is brand new and very comfortable. We'll start with the Florida room, has table and 2 chairs for your morning coffee as you watch the sun rise, has also 2 couches and a TV. Living room TV, 2 couches (one a sleep) windows across the whole room to a million dollar view of the lake.
Kitchen fully furnished (every thing you need) microwave, dishwasher, fridge, glasses, dishes for 8, silverware, towels, with dining area. Two bedrooms master with walk in closet dresser, night stands, alarm clock complete with 3 sets of sheets, master bedroom has private bath with huge shower, all towels and cleaning supplies for bath. Everything is ceramic easy upkeep , bed room and living room carpeted.
Second bedroom has wall length closet dresser. Laundry room has washer and dryer is in a separate area all tiled and very clean. Also has out door furniture table and chairs for dining outside and also a lounger and 2 chairs for the yard.... the yard has huge oak, cypress, fruit,palms trees, trees with spanish moss .
Shopping is 10 minutes away , every store and restuarant . Flea markets about 30 minute drive. Cape canaveral 1 1/2 hour drive . We are located in the center of Florida so you can go to either side to the ocean about 1 1/2 hours. Airport 50 minutes , Disney, universal, sea world, animal kingdom, water parks, within an hour drive. special for November 2010 monthly rate $1,600.00.....

We have been going to Florida for 15 years now and when we seen this house we knew this was the most peaceful place we ever seen , feels like you are on a private Island and sooo quite and tranquil. I never wanted to leave but had too......and also in 5 minute drive have everything to do.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The best thing is the tranquil water and all the lakes you can travel to on your boat, the beautiful canals . The yard has a variety of exotic birds all the time. Fishing on this lake is known for the best bass fishing, you can fish right off the dock, also to dock to tie off your boat. The home is on a private street with only, over 55 , very friendly neighbors.
