This is a beautiful, fully furnished home in the lovely community of Colonial Country Club. It is a gated, master planned, golf course community with a championship golf course.
It is 1515 square feet under air with a screened lanai and two-car garage. It is located at the end of a cul-de -sac, which overlooks both the water and the golf course. It was built in December 2005 and it is a short walk from the tennis courts and pro shop.
It has an open floor plan done in the soothing colors of the sand and sea. It has an elegant and calm Florida feeling, which is warm and inviting. We have included everything you need to make your stay an enjoyable one.
The master suite has a king-size bed as well as a large walk-in closet, linen closet, double sinks and enclosed shower with a seat.
The second bedroom has twin beds with a nearby full bathroom and linen closet. There is also a cozy den with a Comfortable pull-out queen-size bed, along with a desk and chair.
The kitchen has a lovely eat-in dining area and is fully stocked with everything you need from new pots and pans to wine glasses. Or, if one prefers, you can eat or relax on the patio in the screened lanai.
There is also a good size dining room with a lovely teak dining room set, which is great for entertaining.
We have taken great care to lovingly furnish this home... all it needs is you! We know you will have a memorable stay.
