SIZE: Our Family-friendly Condo has 1 full bathrooms & sleeps 4-6. King bed in the master, Bunks built into the hallway, & Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
VIEWS: From our Top 4th floor End Unit in Grand Caribbean West, you have panoramic views of the Gulf Islands National Seashore, Johnson Beach, & the Intercoastal Waterway from the balcony (see our photos)! If you're an early-riser, sit on the balcony to watch the sun rise over the Gulf. A little later in the morning, from our balcony, you might see the Blue Angels practice Then in the evening, watch the sunset from the other side of our balcony.
PROXIMITY TO BEACH: From our condo, walk to the beach just steps away, without crossing a street. Or jog, bike, walk, or drive 3/4 of a mile to the Gulf Islands National Seashore for shady picnic pavilions, long expanses of beach with Lifeguards (in the summer), & restroom facilities. Enjoy the white sandy beaches and emerald water that the Panhandle beaches are noted for.
OUR CONDO: Relax in the living room while you listen to a CD on the stereo, watch your favorite DVD or VCR. We have several games and sand toys available. The condo is decorated in refreshing, tropical colors.
PAYMENT: We have flexible payment terms! We accept personal checks by mail or, through PayPal, Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express. For last minute rentals, payment can be made through PayPal by either check or credit card.

Close to our house and it is remote enough not to be in a crowded area, but close enough to get to easily from Daphne, AL. Love the area and feel its a good investment. We have been vacationing in the gulf coast for years and love it so much we made it our home. Great white sand and clear water.

Carl and Carole are owners of the condo in Perdido Key. We live in Daphne, AL and have been here about 12 years, prior we where in Nashville, TN. We have 6 grandkids currently. We also have one son at home. Since this is a personally owned and used unit, it should will make it even more special for you. My wife is a gourmet cook and decorator, so we have many cooking items, bathing supplies, and electronic devices that are normally not found in a resort management company condo. You will feel right at home with everything you need, to hopefully help you enjoy your stay even more.

We had a wonderful time at your condo. We enjoyed the great view and we enjoyed staying in a smaller complex that wasn't overcrowded. The location is great as well and convenient to orange beach, gulf shores and pensacola. Thanks again for extending your home to us and for all of the extras you stock at the condo. The beach toys and movie collection were great! Hope to stay again soon!

This condo was exactly what was described. It had everything you could possibly need at the beach ! The "extras" that the owners have on hand just are not found in the cookie-cutter condo rentals anywhere. Really felt more like a home. Clean, quiet, and located in an excellent spot. Easy drive to the "busier" areas of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, but far enough away to enjoy a bit more seclusion. Right next to the Johnson Beach National Seashore that was amazing !!! You can go stake out your own personal beach spot and not be near another person all day. Pool was nice and outdoor facilities were perfect. We were only there for a couple of days, but we will certainly be coming back.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

This is as clean and well-maintained a unit as you will ever find. The owners really make an extra effort to make certain that your stay is an enjoyable one. They really provide a lot of extras that you never find at other beach condos. Also, just a short walk to the beach. It was a perfect place for me. I hope to be back.
