Beautiful unique 3 bedroom Villa - for families, 2 - 3 couples (sleeps 6) - relaxing, peaceful, safe neighbourhood. We are beachfront on the southside as have a corner lot with full access to a wide beautiful beach.
Casa Agave is truly beautiful, designed to impress and offer all comforts of a luxury vacation home. Large sliders in all rooms enjoy unblocked ocean views. Ocean breezes but all rooms fully A/C. We are a Canadian husband and wife team who recently purchased this lovely property after falling in love with the Los Barriles, East Cape area. We hope to retire to the area in the future, in the meantime we will visit whenever possible and wish to share our beautiful new home with family, friends, family and anyone who wishes to experience Los Barriles life.
Why the Owner Chose Los Barriles
We were seeking a quiet town near enough to the airport, excitement of Cabo San Lucas yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the typical tourist experience. The town culture of both Mexican and Gringo influences mixing together appealed to us rather than a gated community style found in other resort areas. The area seemed to be lost in time, and the ATV transportation means to get groceries and supplies is a 'fun' way to live and vacation! The wide beaches of white sand was really appealing and surprising to us as we spent most of our time in the Mayan Riviera area in the past. The white sand and Caribbean waters there are very nice but you can't walk the miles and miles that you can in the East Cape area.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The wide white sand beach and ocean are just to the right corner of the house and directly next to us is an old Arroyo river bed where beautiful and unique trees and cactus grow with beautiful flowers. It is a great place for walking and exploring. We are at the end of a cul de sac so there is no traffic or noise, except for the ocean of course! It is great fun taking an ATV the short distance into town and getting groceries or whatever we need and ride back with the wind in our hair!
