The extravagant apartment on the top floor with gallery and a little balcony, surrounded by old trees is situated in the heart of Solln, a beautiful residential quarter in the south of Munich, close to the river Isar with its Isarauen and Isarhochufer, preferred destination for walking and bicycling, and the typical beer garden Waldwirtschaft (live jazz music).

The S-Bahn station Solln and Grosshesselohe are both to reach in 5 minutes by foot and it takes about 10 minutes by S-Bahn (S 7) to the city center.

In walking distance you can find a golf course, tennis courts, swimming pools and other sport facilities.
Nearby also shops, food markets, boutiques, cafes and restaurants (typical Bavarian food, Italian, Japanese, etc).

In about 30 minutes by car or train you can reach beautiful lakes like the Starnberger See.
Day trips to the Alps increase the typical recreational value of Munich.

The house has been newly renovated in 2011, the apartment with its gallery and nice little south balcony has been renovated in 2005 with high quality materials like "Jatoba-hardwooden" (no destructive exploitation) on the floor. It is situated on the top floor (second floor) of a typical residential building.

The apartment (75 qm) sleeps four:
it has one bedroom with a queen size bed and a convertible sofa on the gallery, one bathroom with bath tub and shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining room with a wooden fireplace and a huge glass front which heads to the balcony surrounded by beautiful old trees.

The apartment has 24 hours high speed internet - WiFi - and you can call various destinations worldwide for free.
Washer and dryer are available in a special laundry room in the basement.
You can find a garage for one car and for bicycles inside the building.
