This is the ideal home for an unbelievable get away. The ultimate beach pad! LOCATED at the corner of 18th street and Coast blvd. On the WEST side! No need to cross a street to get to the sand! And with 4 bedrooms! That's very rare for a true beach house. 2 bedrooms are masters!!It is only 1 block from the heart of everything! The parks and main lifegaurd tower and Jakes and Poseidon Restaurants. You can walk and bike everywhere. No car necessary! The beach is 20 steps from your front door. No street to cross, it's the third house off the beach!2nd house off the sand.
The home is large with a very open, sunny, spacious, floorplan. The living area, and the 2 masters all have french doors which face the very Large and private courtyard. There is a wonderful patio area with brand new furniture which has several seating areas for enjoying meals, conversation and a portable fire pit for warmth!
The house is light and bright with many french doors, windows, and a skylight in the great room. There are worn hardwood floors throughout (except one master) You simply cannot beat this location or inviting, cheery, happy home for a wonderful beach get away with friends or family.
There are 2 master bedrooms with attached baths ( french doors leading to the inviting courtyard)and 2 other bedrooms which share a bath.
You will enjoy every second in this inviting, comfortable, happy home! The sound of the surf is a beautiful thing to wake up to and fall asleep to.
