Welcome to what will hopefully be your home away from home. We are very proud of our newly furnished 1st floor condo. Condo is located in a quiet well maintained gated community. It boasts of a heated pool, jacuzzi, fitness room and a clubhouse.
The location is only minutes away from the beautiful sun kissed beaches of Ft Myers, Sanibel/Captiva Islands and near restaurants, shopping and for you golf lovers...beautiful golf courses. Everything you can possibly need while on vacation is near by.
Your every need will be met with our fully equipped kitchen which includes a breakfast bar with bar stools and a casual dining area with a bakers rack for your complete dining enjoyment.
The living room area boasts a comfortable sectional sofa where you can sit back with your feet up on the ottoman to watch our Flat screen 40' HD TV.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with a full master bath and a walk-in-closet. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have full sized beds with comfortable mattresses. Master bedroom includes a 32' inch flat screen HDTV. All bedrooms are fully furnished with dressers and nightstands, full lighting and alarm clocks. For your comfort and convenience 1000 count sheets and bath towels are provided.
A good book can be read on our lanai where we placed 2 comfortable chairs and table. We worked very hard to make our vacation home a warm inviting place. May you get much enjoyment from your time spent here and visit us year after year.

Why the Owner Chose Bellamar at Beachwalk
We fell in love with the open plan design of this condo. It's in a quiet, very well landscaped area with a lovely pool. It is located in a centralized area close to shopping, dining, golfing and within minutes you can be at Ft Myers beach or Sanibel/Captiva islands. We also love the fact that it's less then 20 minutes from the airport.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
When we are at the condo we feel as if we are in our own little world. We are amazed at how within a few minutes we can be shopping, dining, or at the beach. For all you walkers, there is a Publix supermarket and a Super Target less then a mile from the condo.

My husband and I both grew up in NJ. I near the ocean and him minutes away from New York. We both now live at the jersey shore and we love living near the ocean. We've entertained the thought of having a 2nd home to get away from those chilly winters on the east coast and just to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We both have traveled extensively and have visited several areas in Fla. After visiting my sister and brother-in-law in Ft Myers where they own a 2nd home, the opportunity of that 2nd home presented itself. It's almost as if fate had stepped in and made the decision for us. We fell in love with Ft Myers.

We just returned from a 7 day baseball tournament in the Ft. Meyers area. Staying at this condo was perfect for us. We had more than enough room for a family of 4. Everything we needed was there - linens, dishes, beautiful bedding and even beach chairs! The place had explicit directions for a/c, door locks and a binder filled with local restaurant information that was very helpful. I would highly recommend this neat, clean, beautifully decorated condo to anyone traveling in this area.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My son and I spent a week visiting family and exploring Ft. Myers and southwest Florida. The beach and Sanibel Island are minutes away. Grocery stores and Target and other stores are very close. Sit by the pool for a lazy day. They even have a few books you can borrow to read. At the end of the day it was nice to come "home" , cook some seafood, have a cocktail and sit on the lanai and enjoy the moment.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with teenagers.

This condo was perfect!!!! The owners really made it comfortable and thought of everything you could possibly need. Perfect location and close to everything too.....I will recommend this vacation home to everyone.....:)

Really nice 3 bedroom condo that has everything you need. Very convenient location as the beaches are close by, and it's a short drive to Lee County Stadium as well.

This place was perfect. Plenty of room and it had everything that you could possibly need. The master and bedrooms were very comfortable. One of the best places we have ever stayed at, it really felt like we were at home. The grounds were well kept. It was minutes from the beach and the baseball fields, great location wise. The owners were very nice and on top of everything. We will definately come back and recommend it to everyone we know.
