We had a great week at Deerfield Beach. The house was terrific - great accomodation for 3 couples, lots of room and very comfortable! The house was clean and the owner was available to discuss any questions we had. The location was ideal, close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. We spent some time at the area's beautiful beaches, had some wonderful meals, did some great shopping and overall had a really great vacation. Would rent this property again in a heartbeat!! Thanks!!

Nous avons passé un très très bon moment dans cette maison. Le propriétaire est très sympa. La maison est magnifique et donne sur les canaux. La cuisine est superbe et fonctionnelle. Le matériel est top. Les lits sont très confortables. Le voisinage est super calme. Vraiment une maison à louer !!

Our families came and went the week prior to our daughters Bocca beach wedding, and this was our "home" that week. It was elegant, large, "homey" and wonderful! Completely stocked down to fishing poles, laundry soap, and pool toys, with the most comfortable beds. We had room to visit and room to be alone. Rick was awesome to work with-we had a minor water problem and he had a plumber out to fix it. He answered my emails and my phone calls and never seemed bothered by my questions... I must say the highlight was the first morning finding out that I had my own "pool boy" to wake up to! We loved the gecko's sunning themselves by the pool, and being so close to everything! We would use this home again and again if we ever have the opportunity to come this way. Thank you Rick for helping us have a wonderful Wedding for our daughter! Vickie and Michael 9-9-11

This house is simply beautiful!!! It looks even better than the photos. My family and I had a wonderful time and are looking forward to coming back next year if the house is available. The owner was very obliging and the area itself is beautiful. All attractions were very close by. The house was comfortable and that kitchen, my goodness, was amazing!!! I can honestly say choosing this property was the best thing that has happened with our summer vacation in a long time!

One week stay was just not enough! Perfect location, conviently located near beach ~ stores and restaurants etc. Beautiful property ~ just as pictures show... Pool/patio area on waterfront is awesome with picturesque sundowns! Kitchen is every woman's dream.... if you feel like cooking while on vacation.... otherwise nearby restaurants (2 George's & Bobs pizza, Flannigan's etc. great food. Beach & Fishing Pier 5 min drive over bridge, so nice & clean will leave you not wanting to travel any farther.... Highly recommend this property.

Une maison de rêve...Nous étions une famille de 9 adultes et un bébé..Une maison tres propre,cuisine impeccable,digne d'un grand chef...chambre lit très très confortable,très belle piscine,le décor est magnifique..Maison exceptionnelle...près de tout: mer,publix,boutique,dans un quartier tranquille...une semaine de rêve!!!!une semaine c'est pas assez.....Merci Beaucoup!!!!

The house is clean, spacious and just as pretty as shown on the web site. The bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. The large outside covered patio has plenty of seating with a great view of the pool and water. We spent hours catching fish off the dock, walking or biking around the neighborhood and playing on the nearby beach. The fishing rods, bikes and beach chairs are provided. It is an easy 3 min. drive to the ocean beach that has plenty of parking, bathrooms, showers and a lifeguard. The ocean is clean and clear with an accessible reef just 50 yards out. The wireless internet, computer and printer were a big help. The Ft. Lauderdale airport is a 35 min. drive or an easy $5 train ride away. It was an easy drive to both Fort Lauderdale and Miami. We have 9 adults (2 married couples) and 3 young children in our family and were not the least bit crowded day or night. J.P.

Whole family was very pleased with our stay at this property. The pictures and descriptions were accurate and we all enjoyed a perfect week at this property. We cooked outside by the pool almost every night because it was the best outside dinning in the area. There was nothing nicer than waking up and taking a dip in the pool, lounging by it during the day, and watching the sunset at nights. Everything is close that you would want and the owner was pleasant and easy to deal with. Everyone agreed that we could have not done any better as far as the property and the price. There were alot of properties that cost more but I don't think you could find any better for the price. I would rent it again in a heartbeat!!!!!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay on our week vacation! The house looks exactly how described and viewed in pictures but walking into it in person you still can't help but be amazed. Everything is top of the line and well kept and it was prefect location to anything we needed. We had planned on going out to eat and bars but found ourselves not wanting to leave! We will definitely be planning a trip back around when this house is available to rent and stay in!

Our Deerfield Beach visit and stay at your home was our best of our four trips to the area. The house is only 18 miles from Ft. Lauderdale airport, minutes from local grocery stores, gas, shopping and A1A/beaches. The house openness was perfect but to be honest much of our time was spent outside by the pool. We BBQ every night, watched all the fishing boats/yachts travel by and enjoyed all the wildlife (plenty of comfortable furniture). The eguana sunbathing while we were sitting out back was a huge excitement, we loved how he jumped off and on from the sailboat out back. We only used two bedrooms and the beds were very nice and rooms very roomy, bathrooms and the whole house was extremely clean. Neighbors were very friendly and nice. Loved watching TV outside and just kicking back. If your house is not sold by our next visit we would love to stay again and definately recommend your rental. Thanks again Rick!!

We had a wonderful stay at this very relaxing home. There were 3 couples on vacation together. I liked that there were bedrms with bathrooms on both sides of the house, it made it feel like you had your own private area. The Kitchen was very nice it had top of the line cookware & appl. One couple really enjoyed the pool in the back yard and we all loved sitting out back looking at the ICW as some big boats sailed by. We were pleased, and will return again ! PS The beach is only 10mins. away Tev Indpls In.
