Luxury plus a view in this spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo in the Chula Vista resort located on the Wisconsin River. New in 2007, this building features our very spacious (1900 sq. ft.) unit. The two bedroom side features master suite with king sized bed, fireplace, TV, and master bath; and a second bedroom with two queen beds and a TV. The great room or main living area has an open floor plan featuring a full kitchen, fireplace, TV, and hot tub and full bathroom. Sleeps 8.
For supreme privacy and flexibility, the third bedroom can be entered from the outside hall as well as from a connecting door in the great room if desired. With its own private bath, and outdoor balcony, it features a TV, small refrigerator and microwave and a sleeper sofa. Sleeps 6.

During inclement weather there is a tunnel that takes you to the exciting 80,000 square feet indoor/outdoor water park , so come in the winter when the rates are lower and the winter sports abound.
Don't forget Cold Water Canyon 18 hole golf course with its link-style hills, moguls and bunkers that create secluded fairways.
You will also enjoy the resorts fine restaurants, the luxurious spa, the fitness center, and the brick-paved river walk.

Why the Owner Chose Wisconsin Dells
I bought this condo as a getaway to take the whole extended family. The big bonus is the proximity to the Chula Vista resort and all its amenities including the golf course, water park and fine restaurants to Wisconsin Dells.
