This house was in every way as described in the listing. This house made the beautiful Montana even more beautiful, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves over the 5 days and we were so reluctant to leave when it was time to go. The house is spacious, yet cosy. Very well maintained and well stocked with necessities, it only goes to show the generosity and hospitality of the owner. Woke up each morning to the breathtaking sight, beautiful views. In terms of location, it's only a few minutes drive away from the base camp where it was filled with heaps of friendly folks and fun filled activities. Definitely worth recommending to friends and relatives.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

this review is late as we stayed here over thanksgiving in 2007, but nonetheless it was beautiful! the house is large and wonderfully finished. we had two families stay and having the two master suites was so nice. the hottub was great and the view of the mountain was awesome! the price was not unreasonable and we would definitely come again.Did you find this review helpful? The service was excellent. Sam was there to do anything possible- like greet us, make recomendations for food and fun, and come right over when the wireless internet wasn't working. The house was a bit hot, but I suppose it's rare that it's over 90 degrees in Big Sky! Location was great and there were fun things to do near by, like parks, paddle boats, shops and food. We all fell in love with Big Sky and we absolutely loved the Swift Bear property, simply spectacular!!!. There was no dry eye in the house as we said good bye to it last Wednesday…We had a blast!!!!!. Normally we choose a different ski resort each year for our annual ski trips, but we had such a magnificent time, that God permitting, we are coming back to Big Sky next year. Swift Bear home was fantastic! Not only was it a gorgeous property, it had such amazing views. It was such a pleasure to wake up every morning and have coffee and breakfast looking at the majestic scenery…breath taking! And the après ski in the Jacuzzi every day…just unforgettable!!! The Home was super comfortable for the 10 of us and even if we would have had an extra 3 people (since there were 3 beds left), we still would have been in heaven! Everybody kept talking about how much fun we all were having and how everything was perfect! Nobody wanted to leave! All our friends that have seen the pictures can’t stop talking about the home and Big Sky…I have a feeling that next year it will be more of us on the trip!!
