Year Purchased: 2009
We are Alfonso and Janet currently residing near Boston. We are originally from New York City and have lived and traveled to many cities through out the country as professional performing artists, Alfonso a dancer and choreographer and me, a ballet dancer. We recently found our paradise, Englewood Florida. We fell in love with the old Florida of Englewood but due to work can not enjoy the charm full time yet. We completely renovated and newly furnished all the rooms making it pleasant for us and our children to visit during our free time. We hope that our visitors will enjoy the personal touches we made to the home and love the beautiful beaches and old Florida as much as we do
Why the Owner Chose Englewood
We have been looking for the perfect place to retire for years. After just one visit to Englewood we found Old Florida, a place we did not think existed any more. No high rise condos, and bustling sidewalks. In Englewood I saw a skyline of pink, blue evening sky outlining the old pine trees instead of tall buildings. The beaches have white soft sand, warm water and nature meeting the sand instead of crowds and noise. It is the perfect place to enjoy nature and calm. We found paradise.
