The spacious living room includes a gas fireplace that you will appreciate on those cooler evenings while seated on a beautiful, comfortable couch with views of the golf course and mountains. Situated just off the living room, there is a wet bar, complete with a wine fridge, which is sure to come in handy when entertaining.
The living room and kitchen lead out on to the patio which has a stainless BBQ and a gorgeous view of the 13th and 14th holes of Palm Valley C.C.'s championship golf course with the Shadow Mountains as your backdrop. Enjoy the view with the soothing sounds of waterfalls and fountains.
The den has a granite desk/computer area with a high speed internet connection. There is a large screen TV wired into a surround sound system with the full compliment of HD channels (sports, movies, etc). There are additional zones and music can be channelled to the dining and living rooms as well. Phone connections in the den, kitchen and master bedroom allow for free calling anywhere in North America.
Two large bedroom suites, complete with high quality king size beds, each have their own en suite washroom with warm granite countertops and huge walk-in showers. Both bedrooms have 42" new tv's with HD in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a private walk out patio with an inviting bistro table and chairs.
You are only steps away from the shared pool and spa, convenient for quick cool downs, but far enough to allow you to enjoy peace and quiet when you wish.
Pamper yourself in Palm Valley's heath spa, swim in the junior Olympic swimming pool, enjoy tennis on one of 16 lighted tennis courts, golf on either the championship or challenge courses, and warm up for your game on the driving range, three putting greens and a pitching green. We have membership to the fitness center as well as the Challenge golf course so using either is easily done by showing your lease agreement to the club house management and they will set you up for the duration of your stay.
The 85,000 sq. ft. clubhouse features a state of the art exercise facility with golf and tennis pro shops. Casual dining is available at the poolside grill while elegant dining and bar overlook the championship course and the Santa Rosa Mountains.

I purchased this property in July of 2009 I live in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and my wife and I decided to buy a vacation property. My wife and I are both in our mid 50's and hope to enjoy many years at PVCC.
