High ceilings, hard-wood floors, beautiful furnishings and plush bedding make it a grand, but welcoming display.
A 4th bedroom features a comfy Queen Sleeper Sofa and gulf views. Privacy for extra sleeping room.
Why visit our home along 30A? In short, there is an endless variety of sights and activities here in South Walton County Florida. County Road 30A was recently designated a National Scenic Highway. When you arrive you will see why. It's an unusual slice of nature that is unlike most of Florida.

About the owner: I live in the Atlanta, Georgia area and have been investing in South Walton Vacation Rental Properties for over 6 years.
Why the Owner Chose Seaside:
South Walton County Florida as well as the nearby cities of Destin and Panama City Beach are prime "Drive To" vacation destinations. The reason .... This area is a 1 day drive or less from almost anywhere in the South Eastern US. I like to avoid loading the kids and all our stuff on an airplane and going through all the airport hassles. We just load up the family vehicle with whatever we want to bring and head on down to some of the most beautiful beaches anywhere.

The home is in a coveted location in Old Seagrove, just 600 feet from the beach, yet it is relatively secluded and is adjacent to a State Forrest. It's also a short walk or drive drive to great restaurants, shopping and golf. A nature lovers delight!
