Our home is located in "The Springs" gated community, located south of Continental Road and east of I-19. The home is a two bedroom, two bath, with a large covered patio and a two car garage. We also have a bonus room we use as an office or a reading room.
The kitchen is a galley style kitchen equipped with all the major and small appliances, bake ware, pots, pans and table service. The living area is a combination dinning and living room with a four seat dining table. There is an area rug surrounded by a sofa, love seat, and recliner in the living room. There are three televisions with cable, one in the living room (DVD player) and one in each bedroom. The bedroom has a large walkin closet, a chest of drawers with the master also having a bureau. The bedrooms are carpeted with each having a queen size bed. All bedding and linens are provided. The master bath has a shower while the guest bedroom has a shower tub combination. Both bathrooms have sky lights which make the use of lights unnecessary during the day. There are fans throughout the house to facilitate the movement of heat or air conditioning to your specific needs. The clothes washer and dryer and located in the garage just off the kitchen.
In Arizona the best part of a house is the outside. When you walk out the front door you enter a large covered patio Included is a six seat glass table with views of the Santa Rita Mountains. There are fans in the patio area for those warm days. We have spent many hours on the patio reading, talking or just taking in the beauty of the area. The back patio , although much smaller, also includes a table, but for four. Morning breakfast or just coffee is best spent here.

Why the Owner Chose Springs at Santa Rita
We have always lived in the New England area and vacationed in that same area or in the south. A number of years ago we made a trip to Arizona to visit friends and take in a few Spring Training baseball games. We fell in love with the difference. We have yet to explore all the differences but look forward to the day we can spend months exploring.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Being from the Northeast there are more differences in the climate alone to be a benefit. Seeing the sun almost every day is a unique experience we look forward to each and every time we visit our home. Visiting the areas where the country's wild west began and lived in such towns as Tombstone and Bisbee brings the areas history into perspective.
