This spacious, clean and modern 2 bedroom condominium is one of a few in Ixchel on the ground floor allowing walk out directly to the pool, snack bar area and beach beyond - Ideal for families with small children.

From there it is just steps to the snack bar and pool, and less than 100 ft to the soft sand of the beach.
The Playa Norte beach is one of the best and safest in the Caribbean - the water remaining little more waist deep for such a long distance walking out and with virtually no waves - really ideal for young children of old folk alike.
