Great Location-walk/bike to beach, restaurants and shops. Three blocks to fun and excitement of Atlantic Avenue restaurants and clubs, 8 blocks to the beach, and two blocks to the inter-coastal. Rents for $2,600 per month in the high season (January through March). Available for a longer term rental also at a reduced rate. Nicely furnished and equipped with everything—fresh sheets, towels, clothes washer-dryer, large screened LCD TV, cable VCR/DVD. Hi-speed internet. Rates do not include cleaning fees.
FL charges a 11.5% visitors tax.
We collect a $500.00 Security Deposit for vacation rentals on signing the lease returnable thirty days after occupancy. Full rent is due 60 days before occupancy. Air Conditioned, nicely furnished, cathedral ceilings, queen size bed and queen sized sofa bed for visiting in-laws or children, new kitchen fully equipped, dishwasher, garbage disposal, outdoor gas grill/deck/table/chairs. Tropical setting with palm trees and purple bougainvilleas. Location-location-location. Fenced yard so your pets are welcome and can roam in the back yard. Off-street parking. NE 7th Avenue is a pretty area of the beach town, and it is close to everything. The Delray Beach free shuttle is available on Atlantic Avenue so you can walk 3 blocks to Atlantic Avenue, and you can can be at the beach and the shops within minutes.

Why the Owner Chose Delray Beach
Delray Beach, Florida is only 30 minutes to West Palm Beach Airport. Delray is beautiful, has world-class restaurants, great shopping, is cosmopolitan but has a small town atmosphere. The high season runs from late December through March with beautiful balmy warm weather. Delray has a beautiful wide sandy beach with cabana umbrellas, and restaurants that are only steps away so you can sun bathe and then lunch at a nearby outdoor eatery. I fell in love with Delray after driving down the entire Eastern seaboard when I was searching for a second home located at the beach.

Wonderful Cottage

This is a wonderful cottage. We found the house to be very comfortable and the location ideal. It fit all our needs and more with a large LCD TV, hi-speed internet, large washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor deck and grill. We enjoyed Delray Beach and Florida weather too--a great get away with an incredible beautiful beach rimmed with wonderful outdoor restaurants and shops. The house was in a nice area too, close-in and convenient. There was a grocery store, pharmacy, and a wine/liquor store within walking distance and great restaurants where we could walk and have coffee in the morning. Our vacation was a wonderful escape from those snowy, cold, dreary winter days. The security deposit was quickly returned to us. All in all a great experience!

Can't beat the house, location, and the price! Close to the beach, 2 blocks to the intercoastal, 3 blocks to the restaurants and shops of Atlantic Ave. Nice neighborhood. Definitely plan to come back. Loved the kitchen, very comfortable, new LCD-TV and Hi-speed interneet--met all my needs.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+.

I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this house in Delray Beach. The location was wonderful. I could bike or walk right to Atlantic Ave with its great restaurants and galleries. I loved the house. It had cathedral ceilings, a new kitchen, nice furniture, and a great tropical backyard. I plan to go back next year, same time, same place. The house was accurately described in the on-line photos and description. The house was well maintained and the owner followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the rental. I would definitely recommend this vacation property. It was a find.

A wonderful house in a great location. The pictures acurately represented the house and the furniture was mostly new. New kitchen was great. It was in a great neighbor hood. My dog Coco and I walked to Atlantic Avenue for breakfast. Now that I'm back North, from time to time I think of my days in the sun.
