Walk to beautiful Hutchinson Island beaches from our condo in Indian River Plantation, a resort community. This condo is on the top floor of a 4 story building with an elevator. From the screened porch there is a peaceful view of a well manicured golf course and a pond, with fish and Florida birds to watch. The condo is completely renovated with a brand new, well equipped kitchen with all new appliances including a washer and dryer. It is tastefully decorated with Spanish tile floors throughout. You will have the use of an outdoor pool and BBQ grill. There are two TV's with cable. Cleaning service is available as desired.
Hutchinson Island boasts beautifully maintained beaches on Florida's East coast Atlantic Ocean. A very short walk from the condo. The Intracoastal Waterway's mile wide Indian River is on the west and is great for recreations and has stunning views of the evening sunset. There is access to fishing, a marina, biking and walking paths, golf courses and tennis. The location is 45 minutes north of West Palm Beach and 1 1/2 hours from Orlando. The local quaint town of Stuart offers unique shopping and restaurants. Groceries are available on the island . Nearby towns have good snorkeling.
