Our villa is at the gated resort community of Lake Marion Resort (approx 30-40 minutes of Walt Disney World). The club house has a Wi-Fi, heated swimming pool as well as a children's pool and playground. In the resort you will find is tennis courts, and a basketball court. Golf is minutes away (including SunAire, Diamond Back, Greenlefe, Stonegate, and Southern Dunes.)
Our 3 bedroom/2 bath villa has ground level access with a walkout patio. The villa has stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer.

We chose our villa because of the Florida sunshine, and the central Florida location within driving distance to Disney World and both coasts. Our unit is within steps of the community pool and facilities. Also we love the ease of access to unit, gated community with security
