I own homes in several places and I live in all of them. I enjoy the climate in Tucson and the expansive desert views. I am so close to the Desert Museum and Old Tucson Studios. I can be at the airport in twenty minutes. I chose this lot in Colonial Trails because it is a gated community that is safe and secure, yet from the back of the house, the view is wild and untamed desert. When the sun goes down over Gates Pass I bask in its rosy light. I like to take the hiking trail to Starr Pass Golf Resort when my friends come for dinner. If I drive over there, it's only two miles to fine dining and all the Starr Pass amenities. In the mornings, I sometimes have a sunny cup of coffee in the walled courtyard in the front of the house. My master bedroom is in a separate wing with a huge walk-in closet, spacious master with shower and tub. My guests love the bedrooms on the other side of the house with each having it's own bathroom. I work at the built-in computer niche that looks out upon the kitchen and the family room. Zoned heating and AC allows me and my guests to suit the interior climate to our needs. The utility room has a gas dryer, the kitchen a gas cook top and the fireplace in the family room has gas logs. Serving fine dinners is a breeze in the dining room with adjacent butler's pantry. There's a CD player,35 inch TV, DVR Player and VHS Player. My friends and I enjoy causal dining in the kitchen nook with its marvelous view. The eating bar is a great place to cha while watching others move about from the side by side Frig w/ice maker and water in door, built-in microwave, dishwasher and walk-in pantry. The back yard has a private pebble tec pool, gas barbeque, roll down outside shades on the West facing patio. The whole area is surrounded by landscaping and block and iron fencing. There's weekly pool service and a bi-weekly gardener. I know you will enjoy my home as much as I do. It's a wonderful, relaxing place to be.
