Three of us own this wonderful vacation rental and we just love the house and the neighborhood. We grew up in Fort Lauderdale and consider this to be one of the best neighborhoods and locations in the County. We all take great pride in this home and we have tried to make it very pleasant for all who stay. It's more than just a vacation rental for us....we are truly interested in accommodating people and giving them more than they ever expected.
Why the Owner Chose Lauderdale Beach
Our family grew up in Fort Lauderdale and it is the ultimate place to live but if you can't live here, then it is the best place to visit. Exciting yet relaxing with the most beautiful weather. There is always something to do or you can do nothing at all! How could we not ask others to join us and the miles of beautiful beaches and enjoy what we have cherished all of our lives.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Mornings are our favorite time of day at this rental- strolling the neighborhood or walking the beach. Nearby shops and nightlife are a plus-close enough to walk home. The famous Fort Lauderdale strip is just up the beach. This rental boasts a private fenced backyard and plenty of parking. Owners are always available for suggestions for things to do and enjoy. There is a large and tranquil backyard with a waterfall and a hammock. The proximity to the ocean is almost unprecedented. The house was remodeled recently. We have nice quality linens and towels. Everything to make your stay comfortable is here. We made it so as if we were going to be vacationing here.

We had a great time at this property. The house was set-up perfectly, as each bedroom had its own door to the outside. The back yard was comfortable with hidden nooks making it a great spot to relax on your own. The only small complaint is that one of the beds was quite uncomfortable BUT it did not ruin our stay. The house is close to everything, grocery store, stores, restaurants. The Chart House is a nice short walk from the house and is great for appetizers and looking at boats pass through the canal. How can you complain when you can walk out your door and be on the beach in less than 2 minutes. The house was spotless and we appreciated it, you could tell they cared about cleaning and presenting the house for their guests. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to have a great time in Fort Lauderdale.

Me and 4 guys stayed here in January 2011. We were here for a week. We loved it. The house has everything you could ask for in a vacation rental. It's on a main street, close to beach ( walking about 1/2 block), easy to find, close to shopping, food, and bars if you need them. The house is a 4bed 4bath (the one bath wasn't made for big guys but is ok for normal size people). It has lots of space for relaxing. Everything you need is there full kitchen, eating area, wifi hook-up, beach chairs, games, tv (in everyroom), reading room, a yard to relax in, and lots of parking space. Over all this was a great place to stay. We are looking forward to staying here again next year.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Loved your rental. So much room for my family- delightful tropical yard, so close to the beach. We had the time of our lives and the owners were so accomodating helping us find the best things to do in town. We will be back!! Thank you for your hospitality!!!!
