The Villages is best known for it's on-site free nightly entertainment and dancing in The Villages two Town Squares seven nights a week/365 days a year. Everything you can think of or need is accessible by golf cart including over 85 restaurants. You're just 45 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico, 60 miles from Daytona, and 45 miles from Orlando.
This is a tastefully decorated, fully furnished, Whispering Pine model designer home. It has 2 bedrooms, two baths and a den with nearly 1700 square feet of living space, a large screened lanai, patio, and a two car garage. It is located in the Village of Mallory Square and within walking distance to the neighborhood adult swimming pool and a short distance to the Coconut Cove Rec Center which has a family swimming pool. It is also very close to the Mallory Country Club & Restaurant and the new Havana Country Club. The newest and most challenging executive golf courses are in this section of The Villages as well as the newest and most beautiful Colony Cottage Regional Rec Center. You're 10 minutes from the Sumter Landing Town Square.
Sit back on the lanai and enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast. Play nine or 18 holes of golf and have lunch at the country club. Relax in one of the more than 30 swimming pools and and then head down to the town square for live music/dancing every night. Dine in one of the eight country club restaurants (fine dining or casual)or one of the many great restaurants on the Town Squares.
After dinner, take in a movie at one of our two beautiful movie theaters or head over to Katie Belle's for some late night live entertainment and dancing. Participate in one of the over 500 free clubs and activities that are offered each week. THIS IS TRULY A PARADISE!!!
