Are you looking for the perfect location for a truly memorable vacation?? Look no further. Welcome to “Jellybean Villa." Situated in the beautiful gated community of High Grove. Its clean white villas with bright terracotta roof tiles and perfectly manicured lawns, spark the feeling of tranquility the second you pass through the gates.
Located on an oversized corner lot, Jellybean Villa is a real home from home and its amenities are second to none. On the ground floor there is an ample sized family room with luxury leather sofa, large cable TV, Hi-Fi system, DVD player with a collection of DVD’s, fFREE internet connection and FREE local and international telephone calls. Patio doors lead to the lanai and heated spa. Also located on the ground floor is the dining area, with ample seating for everyone but should you choose a more casual dining experience you can relax at the breakfast bar or even eat “al-fresco” on the luxury poolside furniture while you take in the warm Florida sun and beautiful views from the deck . A well kitted out kitchen with range, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, electric kettle, coffee maker, can opener, food mixer high chair and toaster are all supplied so if you decide to have a meal in…..you will have everything you need to hand. The ground level is tastefully decorated in muted creams with rich walnut occasional furniture creating a warm yet relax atmosphere.
The family games room with air hockey, table fussball and 7ft pool table can be accessed by the rear hallway as can the downstairs restroom with pool/spa access.
To the first floor you will find the 4 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a US king sized bed with iron head and foot boards. Tastefully decorated in muted cream with black and cream coloured bedding and co-ordinated night stands and dresser. Leading from the master bedroom is the en-suite with it’s large garden tub, walk in shower and separate wc. There is also a large walk in closet with ample storage space.
The second master bedroom is in subtle shades of cream which are beautifully enhanced with the light maple furniture and US queen sized bed.
There are two twin bedded theme rooms. The first one is fully co-ordinated in the Disney Princess theme and bright white furniture. The second twin theme room is decked from head to toe with the wonderful Disney Pixar "Cars". Each room containing 2 twin beds, night stand and chest of draws and a tv with cable tv. Stored in the Princess twin bedroom at the front of the villa you will find the travel cot and stroller, FREE for you to use during your stay.
Located on the first floor and situated between the second master and the "Cars" themed twin room, you will find the family bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
All bed linen, towels & pool towels are included for your convenience so there is no need to fill your case with all that extra bulk.
To the rear of the property you will find our cobbled lanai and deck area leading to the glorious south facing pool and spa where the sun shines down from mid morning to late afternoon. With Florida glass at the bottom of the screen, for your privacy, and the cool clear water of the pool you’ll find this an excellent location to relax and unwind after a hard day at the parks or amazing malls. There are no neighbours to the rear of the villa so you can just chill out relax. Our pool and spa are fully enclosed, keeping out any biting bugs.
Located just across the road from our villa is the children’s enclosed play area with swings and climbing fames, great for the little ones and only 2 doors down you will find the club house with its huge family swimming pool, large heated spa, gym, video arcade, full sized pool table, large screen tv, free internet, Nintendo Wii, organised activities, gift shop, DVD hire and reception offering tourist advice, discount tickets, fax machine and park tickets.
