The lower balcony has seating area for 6 and is a great place for relaxing and dining. A heated pool is just steps away, as well as a new 6 boat dock for your boat with access to the Gulf and the ocean. You can also fish right off the dock. There is covered parking underneath the unit for 2 cars or a car and a boat trailer. Public beaches are nearby and several close-by restaurants (a few within walking distance) for your dining pleasure.
