Condo was everything we expected and read previous reviews about. It was nice to not have to check into a managment company as we were delayed getting into Denver and did not get to the condo until about 1am so having the lock box with the key was perfect! The location was close to all the ski areas we wanted to ski which was perfect for us as we decided each day where we wanted to ski based on weather conditions not how far we had to travel. It was nice to have some pantry items that you hate to buy at the store as you will not use it up - like spices and cooking oil.It might be nice to know if someone else is coming in the next day in order to know if it is okay to leave some food items such as butter or bottled drinks. The only item I did not know about was bringing own towels for hot tub and pool. Next time we will bring beach towels. Wifi was great too - easy to use. Overall great trip and would highly recommend this condo.
Owner response:Thanks Cathy for staying at my condo and for submitting your review! Just wanted to clarify that there are pool towels located in the cabinet under the sink in the hallway bathroom. These are white towels like the main towels, however, they are a bit older. I'll be sure to update the condo informational email (sent out to all future guests) to include where the pool towels are located. Thanks Again! Jerry

We spent 5 nights in this comfortable, well-equipped condo way up above Silverthorne over MLK weekend. We prepare all of our meals on family ski trips and relax and eat in each evening for dinner. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking just about any meal, with quality utensils, pots and pans, etc. We always like it when the kitchen is stocked with the basics - spices, condiments, napkins, etc. This kitchen was as well stocked as any we have experienced. The beds are comfortable - no back aches. And overall, with the new gas fireplace and comfy furniture we were cozy, warm and comfortable. Two nice bathrooms with good showers is another plus. The pics and the description were completely accurate. All in all this was a great deal - we'll be back!

We got very good directions from the owner on how to get to the condo from Denver. Upon arrival, we found the condo to be very clean and neat. the kitchen was stocked with a very ample supply of cooking utinsils as well as dishes. The condo was also stocked with lots of paper towels, toilet paper, aluminum foil etc. so we did not have to run out to buy all that stuff for the first night. There were plenty of seasonings and other basic items like sugar, salt, pepper, flour, rice etc. We were 2 grandparents with 3 college age grandchildren. We did not take the time to play the scrabble games and others since we were skiing almost all day. We cooked in every night and saved a bundle but not going to resturants. The pool, hot tub and washer and dryer were close by at the clubhouse. The kids were impressed with the condo and asked how they might rent it for them. It was just right!!!!!!

Great place for family with kids. Condo was clean and comfortable. Remote controlled fire place was a big plus - especially after coming from sking. Kitchen has all the essential cookware and some supplies. The condo is about 8 min uphill from Dillon, the road is plowed. The owner was very helpful and easy to deal with. I would recommned Virgin Island Ski Rental - less expensive than others. we rented 2 brand new snowboards. Also check out Wild Ernest Sports - if you buy $X amount of merchendise, you will get $X worth of tickets - sweet deal.

Myself, my wife, mother-in-law and a cousin stayed here recently and were very comfortable. Great view from the living area. The location is very convenient to all types of activity. The purpose of our stay was to look for a condo to buy and this property was nicer than most the 20 + properties that we toured during our search and Timber Ridge in general much nicer than the other complexes we visted. Jerry was easy to work with, helpful and informative. We rented with the knowledge that the fire place was being converted from wood to gas the day we were arriving and it's completion could not be guaranteed. Unfortunately for us it was not completed during our stay and we had no use of the fireplace and is the only reason we did not rate it 5 stars.

We loved this place. Everything in excellent condition. Nice access to hiking trails directly behind the complex. Kitchen equipped with everything needed. If you are going there as a family with toddlers, bring your own crib and/or high chair. Quick shuttle service to Silverthorne and basically only 20 minutes away from Copper Mtn.

Wonderful!!! Jerry's condo has everything one needs and he even provides some condiment type food items that one does need to worry about purchasing for your stay (salt, Pam, mustard, spices, etc.) Being able to use the Timber Ridge clubhouse is a huge plus!!!! Jerry gives great directions on how to get to the condo and also gives very clear instructions regarding keys, checkout procedures, etc. We will definitely be back next year.

If you are even considering renting a condo in this area, you have no worries with this one. Immaculate and clean, this condo was a joy to come home to every night after day trips. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were like new, the kitchen had everything we needed except the food. We just stocked up things from the nearby grocery store and always had breakfast and dinner at the condo. Beautiful views in all directions, and very quiet complex. The pool, pool table, indoor racquetball court, and jacuzzis were so nice, there were days we decided just to hang out there, instead of going anywhere. You have NO worries reserving at this condo. Owners answer e-mails quickly and they are honest. We would definetly stay at this condo again and I hope we can next year. Far, far better than ANY motel you could get in the area. Totally, completely, satisfied.

We visited from the UK at the end of February and enjoyed this lovely condo and its position. The booking and the stay all went very smoothly. We found the condo well equiped, and a delight to relax in after a hard days skiing.

Great condo. Loved the view of the peaks, especially in the morning while eating breakfast. Great location at the top of Wildernest. The club house was awesome, the kids loved the pool and hot tubs. So much better than a hotel, very relaxing after a long day of skiing. Look forward to renting it again.

What a wonderful place! Thank you so very much, Jerry, for offering this up to others. We stayed here for four days in February 2010, so we could ski and hike. This condo offers a great location to access ABasin, Loveland, Keystone, or Breckenridge. You're literally just minutes away from any of them! It's also convenient to Copper Mountain and not that far away for a day of skiing at Vail. It fit 5 adults quite comfortably. Jerry even took time from his dinner to help us get our laptop online. Exceptionally friendly and wonderful service! If we need to stay out this way again, we'd definitely consider staying here. Thank you!!

My friend and I took our daughters to Colorado for a long weekend of skiing. This cozy condo was nicely situated in Silverthorne in a quiet developement, very close to the major ski areas. It is clean and in good repair. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well outfitted and worked well if you don't mind cooking in close quarters and the fireplace had plenty of wood to burn. Easy access first floor unit.

We enjoyed the condo very much and overall the accomodations and community clubhouse were great. In addition to the condo, the location is perfect as you can drive easily to Keystone, Breckenridge, and Cooper Mountain. Best of all was the ability to walk out the door and snowshoe. Easy access to snowshoe up Buffalo Mountain, out to Lily Pad Lake, and traverse the Mesa Cortina trail. Thank you very much for the use of your condo.

My stay at the mountain condo was excellent!! The view was absolutely breathtaking and I can't wait to go back! The condo itself was very spacious and very clean. I would recommend this place to other's. The area was a perfect location for eating, shopping, and having a few beers. Thanks again for the opportunity to stay at your mountain condo!!!
