This immaculate, deluxe, one-bedroom, one-bath condominium is located right on Alii Drive in Kailua Kona. Restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. The pool and hot tub are located in the center of the property in full view of the ocean. There is also a cabana overlooking the pool with gas barbecue grills so you can cook your dinner while watching one of the magnificent Kona sunsets.

The Kona Reef is an oceanfront complex and this particular unit looks directly out over the pool at the ocean. This is a very desirable end unit... with breathtaking ocean views and has a spacious lanai for whale watching and sunset dining. It is very possible a cruise ship will show up in your "front yard."

Entrance to the unit is at street level. However, because all of the buildings at the Kona Reef are terraced, when you are sitting on the lanai you are looking out from the third level. The unit comes equipped with linens, bath towels, paper towels, tissues, a coffee grinder, and filters. A washer and dryer are located inside the unit and the unit is non smoking and wheelchair accessible (no steps to go up and down when entering the unit). There is shoreline access and a mini beach available on the adjacent property.

The bedroom located at the rear of the unit is equipped with a queen-size bed and a queen-size mattress (not two smaller mattresses pushed together). The bedroom also contains a ceiling fan to help keep the room cool during hot Kona afternoons.

There is an underground parking garage available as well as security employees and remember the town is only a brief five- to ten-minute walk from your condominium.
