This large 3 bedroom 2 bath condominium is located at the south end of town just a few blocks from the Quicksilver chair lift, shopping, and dining. The master bedroom has a new king size Aspen Log bed with matching dresser and night stands, with its own private bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen sized bed with matching armoire and nightstands. The third bedroom has a comfy double bed and matching dresser. The new sleeper sofa includes a double sized mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for those meals you want to eat in. A new washer and dryer are located in the condo for your convenient use.
Enjoy the new flat panel HD television and DVD player to watch your favorite movies or enjoy the many cable channels. After a day on the slopes, enjoy the complex's private clubhouse with its indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. The clubhouse is exclusively for Ski and Racquet Club owners and guests. During the summer months enjoy the private tennis courts and hiking trails.
From this conveniently located condo, you can walk to everything Breckenridge has to offer in just a few minutes or take the free bus service, a few steps of your front door, to the Gondola Ski Lift, Main Street's shops, restaurants or to nearby Keystone, Copper Mountain, or Arapahoe Basin Resorts. We enjoy the outdoors and all the amenities of shopping and the excellent restaurants Breckenridge has to offer. The skiing in Summit County is second to none. The people are friendly and go out of their way to make the time there enjoyable.

We enjoy the clubhouse with it's indoor pool, hot tub and sauna after a day of skiing. The proximity to down town Breckenridge along with the free shuttle service make it convenient to anywhere in Summit County.

Our primary home is in San Antonio, Texas however we enjoy spending our summers and part of the winters in Breckenridge. We enjoy all the mountain activities and the convenience of how easy it is to enjoy all the benefits of being close to Denver. The changing seasons in the mountains are a great getaway any time of the year.
