Our condo is located in Waterside West in Fraser, CO. This condo has been upgraded for maximum relaxation. Located right off Highway 40 on the Fraser River it offers walking and biking trails right outside your door as well as fishing. Located on the bus route to Winter Park ski area and town. Fifteen minute bus ride to the mountain. The views from the patio are amazing and the grocery store is located within one-quarter mile. An attached garage makes it easy to load and unload all your toys!! Only eight miles from Winter Park Ski Area.
This condo comes equipped with two suites, one with a queen bed and the second with a queen and double bed, both with private baths. A gas grill is available for your use and the unit has its own washer and dryer. We provide a 42” TV with DVD player and a nice selection of games.
The main level is handicapped accessible.
