Our condo is located in Waterside West in Fraser, CO. This condo has been upgraded for maximum relaxation. Located right off Highway 40 on the Fraser River it offers walking and biking trails right outside your door as well as fishing. The views from the patio are amazing and the grocery store is located within one-quarter mile. Bus route available at the Safeway (one quarter miles) An attached garage makes it easy to load and unload all your toys!! Only eight miles from Winter Park Ski Area.
This condo comes equipped with two suites, one with a queen bed and the second with a queen and double bed, both with private baths. It also has a Murphy bed on the main level with a separate bathroom. A gas grill is available for your use and the unit has its own washer and dryer. We provide a 42” TV with DVD player and a nice selection of games.
The main level is handicapped accessible.

We had a great experience staying at this condo. We've been disappointed in the past with the condition of some condos but this one is truly a gem. I liked that we could have a big dinner at the dining room table with all of our family that came for a wedding and that the bedrooms are upstairs and the whole downstairs is open and spacious. Also, we all had our own bathroom! Perfect for us. We would definitely consider renting it again. Hernando's Pizza was a great place for a crowd to go eat. The pizza was especially good.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed for a nearby family wedding. Location was a beautiful 90 min. drive from Denver airport. Convenient to grocery stores and local restaurants. We had a few good meals nearby. Also short day trip from Rocky National Park and very short distance from Winter Park Resort. Home is well-equipped, comfortable, roomy, and tastefully decorated. Nice veiw of surrounding mountains and hiking trails within walking distance. We hope to come back again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This is a fine condo that we would love to return to. The two completely separate suites gave easy privacy. The rooms are large, comfortable and very clean. I was impressed with how spotlessly clean everything was. Condo is like new and in a great location. Easy access, and garage is connected to condo with no stairs. Very nice.
