The location is perfect; on the water with beautiful views all around! The community offers a variety of outdoor activities. From the park where families can enjoy the children's playground and pavilion area for barbecues, to launching your boat for a day of fun in the sun. Across the street is the beautiful pool that overlooks the lake, the fabulous exercise facility and library. Down the hill you'll find the marina and Pier restaurant; all within walking distance. My name is Kathy Crittenden, I am the daughter of Keith Ormston. My family has enjoyed coming to Point Venture for the past 39 years. My grandparents found this jewel all those years ago and still every time I turn off HWY 1431 and head towards the lake a sense of peace comes over me, all the worries and stress disappear and the renewal process begins.
