Wonderful, spacious, with incredible views this four-bedroom townhome is located on the main body of Lake Travis on the waters edge. This home has 3 levels. On the main level there is a large living area with incredible views of the lake. Kitchen with all the makings of home. Dining area with beautiful hardwood table seating for 8. Two large bedrooms (both with king beds; one with an additional twin pull out), two full baths. Relaxing main level deck with chaise lounges and gas grill with spectacular lake view. Secluded and private street side deck. The upper loft level has a bedroom with twin beds and a small play area nook; perfect for the kids. The lower level has the large master bedroom (2 bunk beds, one bed full matress on bottom, 3 w/ twin matresses and additional twin pull out) French doors opening to its own private deck overlooking the lake. Total beds for up to 12 people. **We also offer a high chair, stroller, basket full of toys & the upper deck has safety railing all around to keep the little ones safe.**
The location is spectacular because we are in the closest set of townhomes to the following: The Gnarly Gar Restaurant & Bar, the marina, swimming pool, library, and exercise room. All are just a short walk away.

The location is perfect; on the water with beautiful views all around! The community offers a variety of outdoor activities. From the park where families can enjoy the children's playground and pavilion area for barbecues, to launching your boat for a day of fun in the sun. Across the street is the beautiful pool that overlooks the lake, the fabulous exercise facility and library. Down the hill you'll find the marina and Pier restaurant; all within walking distance. Jump in the car drive down the street and around the corner you'll arrive at the Point Venture Golf Course. Wildlife abounds throughout. Who could ask for anything more?

I am a women who was lucky enough to have a husband who sent me to Point Venture as a get away to renew my interest in painting. The views offered great opportunities with the sunrises and sunsets. The house was very clean and very comfortable. I felt very safe for the three weeks I was there. The parks are great and being able to walk everywhere was wonderful. The people welcome you with open arms and the owners of this property were very helpful and made my stay excellent. I would highly recommend.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.

We recently stayed at this cute lakefront home for part of Spring Break and the kids had a great time. This house is in a great location within Point Venture. It's within walking distance to the restaurant/bar/marina, the pool (which was being worked on), and the exercise room. We did need to drive to the tennis courts however. The house was very comfortable and very much like home. The owners have provided everything you need in the kitchen, baths, etc. One evening we went to the private park right on the water for a picnic and cooked burgers on the provided grill. The kids had a blast on the playground. The water was still too cold to jump in but what a pretty lake.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.

This house is at a prime location of Point Venture. It's only a couple minutes walking to the floating restaurant and marina. The restaurant has one pontoon boat for rental. Sitting on the deck, we enjoyed the magnificent view of the lake. This house is fully equipped, lots of beds and lots of kitchen stuff, it even has two small refrigerators in addition to the big one. It has plenty toys, our 3-year-old really had a good time there.
Recommended for:Families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.
