This 4 bedroom, 2 story house with 5.6 fenced acres is located 3 miles west of the Pagosa Lakes area and has beautiful views of the San Juan Mountains. The two levels can be rented together as one or separately as both have their own fully furnished kitchens and utility rooms with washers and dryers.
We have 3 bedrooms upstairs including a master suite that has its own private covered deck, king bed and bath with large tub and shower. In the other bedrooms upstairs one has a queen and the other has 2 twin beds with a bathroom located across the hall. The spacious upstairs kitchen is fully furnished and the dining room opens to a covered deck with a gas BBQ grill, table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful views of the San Juan Mountains. The living room is a great gathering area and has a gas fireplace, big screen TV with satellite and DVD player.
The lower level is great for an extended family or a small family and has one full bath. The bedroom has a queen bed and the living room has a gas fireplace with a queen sleeper sofa and a day/trundle bed. The fully equipped kitchen has its own private entrance and the dining room opens to a covered deck with a gas BBQ grill. Contact us for details to rent only one floor of the house.
This horse friendly property has a fenced yard with a children's play set and there is free high-speed wireless internet access as well as a two car garage. Quiet, convenient location is 10 minutes from the Hot Springs downtown, one hour to the Durango Airport and 35 minutes to the Wolf Creek Ski Area.
