Hi John, We loved your chalet,we all agreed that we wished we were staying longer.I always rent condos and such when we go away rather than hotels/motels so I have been in a LOT of condo rentals and I must say I haven't been in one as well stocked as yours. This was our families first attempt at renting a vacation home. We were totally pleased with the Chalet, very cozy nice quiet location. Our family totally enjoyed the chalet, after each days activities it was like coming home to our home away from home. No more hotels for us. Thanks for sharing your home.

We were in Lake Placid for 2 weeks for the Horse Show. The Chalet was perfect for us comfortable, convenient location to the Horse Show Grounds and the village. Very nice rental home.

Perfect Weekend Get Away

We were pleasantly surprised by the comy and coziness of the Chalet. The location is perfect close enough to Lake Placid Village and all the attractions but out of town enough to provide relaxation and serenity. The chalet is nicely furnished and has all the conveniences to provide for a comfortable stay. We definitely will be returning this Summer whey Emily participates in the skating program. Glad we found the Chalet on line. Thanks Jeanne

Relaxing Vacation

The chalet is nicely furnished and very comfortable. It is convenient to the village but secluded enough to provide for plenty of relaxation. Very comfy. Will stay here again.

Winter Break 2011 - Family of 4

We just got back yesterday and had a great time. It was my husband, myself & our 2 teenage kids. Perfect location for all we wanted to do- Board @ Whiteface, visit Olympic sites, sightsee the area & walk around town. We highly recommend the bobsled ride and going up the ski jump. Kathy was wonderful and readily available whenever we had a question. If ever back in the area, we will definitely stay here again.

John & Julie, Just wanted to thank you for sharing your chalet with us. We had a wonderful weekend. The weather was great and the fall foilage was beautiful. The location of the chalet was perfect for our trip. We went to all the Olympic venues, and even saw some ski jumping. The whole town was great, the ladies enjoyed all the shops. We didnt see a moose or any bears this trip but maybe next time. If we ever go back to the area and I am sure that we will, we will definately rent from you again. Our first visit to lake Placid, we enjoyed Lake Placid and found the chalet to be ideal for our group. Very comfortable, convenient to all the attractions. Would stay here again.
