New to the market this 2 bedroom newer home has received a complete facelift including new paint, appliances, furniture and decor and mattresses. Enjoy new bedding, pots and pans, appliances, carpet, towels and more. No stains, tears or ugly surprises in this house.
There is a lovely "garden room" ideal for reading, writing, napping or contemplating what you're going to do when it's time to go, ugh! The open floor plan allows uninterrupted access from the kitchen to the dining and living room with vaulted ceiling and fireplace. Two bedrooms with closets and new queen beds, both open onto a secluded back porch. The home is on a very quiet street with vacant lots to the west and north.
If you need us we're just down the road but we won't be driving by checking on you, creepy! And we can give you lot's of tips that only a 20 year local family can do, from kids, mom and dad's perspective. We provide a bottle or wine or some beer and fresh ground coffee beans at no extra charge.
