The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 1/2 bath with laundry, and the living room that opens to a 1100 sq. ft. screened lanai with 200 sq. ft. under roof. You will enjoy the lanai for grilling on the gas grill, entertaining friends or just relaxing. The area is beautifully landscaped and very quiet.
There is plenty of parking and the townhouse comes with a detached one car garage. All beach gear and chairs are there for your use.
There are two community pools and tennis courts. Great location with shopping, restaurants and several beautiful beaches nearby. This is your home away from home!

This community is two and a half miles from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Coconut Point Mall is nearby with amazing restaurants and shopping. Fort Myers, Naples, Sanibel and Captiva are close enough for a short drive. Lots of sightseeing, boating, swimming and shopping are nearly at your fingertips. What a great place to vacation.
