The Kitchen has been remodeled, and is a chefs dream! Enjoy cooking indoors, or bbq out in the nicely landscaped, quite back yard.
The Living room and family rooms have great gas fireplaces, with a flip of a switch, you will be enjoying a beautiful fire in no time at all. The four bedrooms are all large and are very charming, from one of the rooms you can enjoy views of Heavenly!

Year Purchased: 2007
Thank you for showing interest in our Lake Tahoe vacation home. We are John and Christine, we have a daughter who is 20 and away at college. We live in a small town in the bay area called Pleasanton and have lived here now for 14 yrs. We have always loved Lake Tahoe and everything it has to offer, we love the outdoor activities but also the night life, and the beauty and serenity of the lake, and mountains. It was on one of these weekend trips that we decided to drive down in the Tahoe Keys area and see if there were any open houses. There was not, but we did see this lovely tudor home on a quite cul-de-sac, we fell for it right away. It happened that fast! We left that weekend very happy with our new vacation home. We hope that you will enjoy your stay if you decide to rent with us, and hope that if you do, you will return for future stays.

We love all that the Lake Tahoe area has to offer! Hiking, biking, boating, skiing, and the night life is great. We also love going up there just to sit and relax, take a break from the fast pace of the city.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The house is located on a quite cul-de-sac. Across the street is one of Lake Tahoes best wooded meadows and upper Truckee river. You are walking distance to the lake and marina. A 4 mile drive to the casinos, Heavenly ski resort, fine dining, and shopping. Plus you can choose to pay a very small fee to use the community pools, one indoor with outdoor hot tubs, or the outdoor pool right next to the lake, tennis courts, and basketball courts.
