This house was extremely clean, organized and ready to go for us the minute we arrived at this vacation house. We had our family and extended family staying with us - but it never felt crowded! Everyone had their space and all the furnishings are beautiful and as advertised. The beds are EXTREMELY comfortable and we were very happy with the shear size and beauty of the home. There really was not anything that we did not have on hand at the house - it made for a very easy vacation. I particularly appreciated that the tables were made as soon as I walked in the door as I was so tired after traveling with our daughter and it was one less thing that I had to worry about - it's these type of "small" touches that really made a huge impact on us. The kids loved the pool (we opted to have the pool heated - and it was worth it). Thank you for keeping your home so well maintained and beautiful - we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

We rented this house for my mother in-laws 60th surprise Disney birthday and it was perfect. We had 8 adults and 3 children at the house and it never felt crowded. Everyone had their own space and beds to relax and sleep. The great thing about this house compared to a hotel is that it allowed our extended family to be together for meals and relaxation time. There would not have been a hotel room that would have accomodated our family, even if it had a kitchen. The house has a excellent backyard, which allowed us to barbecue dinner by the pool on a warm afternoon. It was also nice that the pool has a fence around the pool to keep young children out. Finally, the house is in a great location. It is close to all of the Disney parks and Universal parks. At the end of the day, we would leave the parks and be at the house in a matter of minutes. I would defnitely recommend this house to others coming to Orlando!

We couldn't have found a more perfect house for our vacation. It is absolutely beautiful, so well maintained and comes complete with everything you would ever need. The home is exactly as the pictures show and even better. We were in a perfect location for everything we wanted to see and do, Disney,Universal Studios, Sea World, Gatorland, etc. Robert was so helpful and pleasant to deal with and was very quick to respond to my e-mails answering all my questions with great patience. The property managers, Peter and Karen, are very quick to respond to any concerns. We had a small problem with the pool and they sent someone within the hour, amazing! If you are travelling with children you have to experience the Medieval Times Dinner Theatre and Wonderworks, our kids are still talking about them. We would recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in the Orlando area, you can't do much better than this. Thank you Robert and Anna for letting us stay in your lovely home and thanks to Peter and Karen for taking such good care of the property and being there for us.

This place was GREAT and was accurately described in the listing. It was well kept and very nicely decorated. The owner was great to work with, very helpful and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We had a family of 12 staying and there was plenty of room for us to hang out together but still have privacy.

First Disney Trip

This was our first trip to Disney with our 2 children and we couldn't have been more impressed with this home. The pictures don't do the home justice. Everything was clean and well maintained and of the highest quality. The beds are amazing...Everyone slept late the first morning! Robert was very patient with us and answered all of our questions, even giving us a few recommendations about the parks. The pool/linai area is great and the grill is a nice extra. The close proximity to plenty of shopping options is a real bonus and it's only a short ride to the Disney parks, but not so close that traffic was an issue. Not once in the 7 days we were there did we hear so much as a peep out of the neighbors. Overall, just an amazing house. We will be referring as many people as possible to this home.

My family justed returned Sunday April 24th and we were very happy with this property. The listing and photos were accurate. The property was clean and well maintained. Robert was helpful with any question or concerns. I have time share and because of the size of this property this was a better fit for us since we had 13 people. I would highley recommend this for large groups. After a day at the parks it was nice to have the pool to cool off. All our favorite restaurants from home (Olive Garden, Outback, Cracker Barrell) were close by. Hopefully in a couple years we will all return. Wonderful family vacation.

Vacation Home Property 256038

This vacation home was spotless and well decorated. The rooms were large with lovely furniture. It was everything we had wished for to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. The grands loved the pool which was just outside the breakfast room door. How convenient is that! The cupboards were well stocked with nice dishware, plenty of silverware,glassware and lots of pots and pans when we wanted to cook. This home is convenient to DisneyWorld and other tourist interests. However, an auto is a must. I cannot say enough about this vacation home. We will certainly tell our friends and family to book this home when they plan a trip to DisneyWorld. The owner was very informative regarding the details of the house and local conveniences. Shopping and restraurants were only a few blocks away. We certainly will book this house again the next trip to DisneyWorld!

When you work as hard as we do it is a blessing to come to such a vacation home. The house was perfect in every way. So much room! Our adult children loved the open concept kitchen and family room. They had brought their PS move with them and we had so much fun playing games while mom and dad cooked. For us it was just so much fun to see them enjoying themselves. We loved coming in at night from shopping or the parks and lounging in the pool. Robert and Anna may God continue to bless you as you bless others with this home. I'm thrilled about my experience at the Mickey and Nemo Villa. Robert and Anna were were helpful from the get go with directions to helpful suggestions, they were very involved to make our stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. The home is beautiful, well mantained, well equipped with lots of fun surprises for the kids. My boys were very excited about the games, gadgets and the pool was their vacation highlight. It was never a problem to keep them entertained.This was truly relaxing and felt like a home away from home. I'm glad we took this vacation and look forward to returning soon.

A fun filled 4 days in Orlando was had by all. Your home is absolutely splendid and the description on the web site accurately described the home. The home was beautifully decorated, roomy, comfortable, well maintained and very clean. We were close to all the conviences, supermarkets, gas stations, pharmacys and resturants. The pool was great for the 8 kids and they loved having the ability to watch TV in their rooms. Robert & Anna were a pleasure to work with and I would certainly recommend this location to anyone. We loved every minute of our stay in this beautiful home.

Wonderful home away from home

The house is in excellent condition and conveniently located to Disney and other area attractions. The furnishings are top of the line and very comfortable. Plus, the house is filled with games, electronics and other items to idle away your downtime. We were concerned about staying in a two-story house with our 2-year old, but the house is perfectly equipped for families with young children, including baby gates, bed rails and a high chair. The trundle bed in the Mickey room was perfect for our son, who just transitioned to a big-boy bed earlier this month. The matresses in the other bedrooms are very comfortable, as is the leather couch in the family room. It's a quick drive to Disney, and very close to Publix, which was great. We ate at home for most meals, splurging on two dinners out, which was perfect. Nothing like trying to wrangle a toddler in a restaurant after a long day at the park! We'll definitely be back.

Our family stayed in this great home in mid October 2010. The home was absolutely beautiful, very spacious, and exceptionally clean. Our kiddos thoroughly enjoyed the playroom and heated pool. The home was close to the main Orlando attractions and a "home away from home" at the end of long, busy days. We found the beds to be the most comfortable of any place we've ever stayed- which was so nice after long days of walking at the parks. The Kopecs were very easy and nice to work with, and we truly appreciate their hospitality. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Orlando area.

Family Vacation at Disney World/Sea World

We just returned home (to cold weather I might add) after enjoying a wonderful time at Disney World and Sea World which were within a 15 to 30 minute drive. Our party consisted of 7 adults and three young children 5 and under and we had plenty of room to be alone if needed. We all enjoyed the house very much which met all of our needs. The children and adults alike enjoyed the pool! The owner was very helpful and actually called us to see if there was anything that we needed or if he could answer any questions. I would definitely recommend staying at this house if you are planning to come to Disney World!

Amazing Property -- Awesome Owners

We rented this house over the July 4, 2010 holiday week. We were absolutely delighted with this house!!! It is spacious, tastefully decorated, very well maintained, and contains "heavenly" beds!! It is centrally located to the theme parks and the shopping outlets (a must do!) and malls. Nearby grocery stores and restaurants added to the convenience. And as much as we enjoyed the house, the pool, and all the extras that come in the house (pots & pan, dishes, games, pool toys, tvs in each room, etc.), the real treat was the wonderful owners! Robert was very responsive to all emails, and even called us upon arrival to make sure we found our way and were comfortable!! 5 star hotels don't provide that kind of attention!!! I would highly recommend this house to any family/friend group traveling to Orlando. As a first time home renter, I was initially quite trepidatious, but fear not -- this house is EXACTLY as represented! Thank you Kopec family for sharing your great house with us! We had a marvelous week and would rent from you all again!

My family just spent 10 days in Orlando for Spring Break and stayed at this beautiful and spacious home. I spent countless hours and days scouring vacation homes for rent in the area and came across the Kopec's home. The pictures on the website accurately depict the home. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find the home much bigger than we originally thought. We had 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids) and there was enough for a third family. The kids had their own game room/tv to play in while the adults watched tv or played cards in the family room. Each bedroom had LCD tv's so there was no fighting for which channel to watch. After a day at the parks it was easy to convinve the kids to go back to the house because they were so excited to play in the pool in the backyard. The owner, Robert, was very responsive and proactive with his communications with us. He checked in to see how our vacation was going and if there was anything that we needed. He's a great person to work with. Our family highly recommends this as a great home away from home!!

After a day at the parks it was easy to convinve the kids to go back to the house because they were so excited to play in the pool in the backyard. The owner, Robert, was very responsive and proactive with his communications with us. He checked in to see how our vacation was going and if there was anything that we needed. He's a great person to work with. Our family highly recommends this as a great home away from home!!"

We loved staying in this beautiful home. It was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. It is in a perfect location to all the parks, shops and restaurants. Thank you Robert for making it possible for my son to spend his birthday in the pool. Even though the Florida weather was unseasonably cold you made the water warm enough for him to enjoy it. What a fabulous vacation home...only problem with it was that it made us not want to go back to our own :) The home is incredibly clean, and looks like a model home show-piece. Unfortunately the week we went was bad weather, but the house made up for it as you did not feel bad staying home all day to hang out. There was plenty to do in the area, and everything was very accessible, ie shopping, disney, etc. Don't miss out on this home if you have the chance.

We loved this home. It is spotless, spacious and very comfortable. We all felt very much at home, the game room is the perfect place for the kids to spend indoor time. There is nothing more you can wish for in a vacation home, this house has it all. The location is convenient to the parks, shopping and restaurants. Thank you Robert for your consideration for my sons wishing to use the pool in the unseasonably cold Florida weather. You made it so the pool was warm enough for him to enjoy it and he spent his entire birthday swimming. My family and I thank you for all the care and concern you put into our vacation. I wanted to thank you for a wonderful week in Orlando. Your villa was beautiful. The lay-out with the beautifull bedrooms offered plenty of room and privacy. The game room was a plus to keep us busy in between the Orlando attractions. The best part of the super private villa was the location & TV's in every room. It is the most convenient location that we have stayed at in the Disney area. The covered lanai beside the pool was a great place to have an outdoor meal! Also, we have never seen the owner's responces to our needs & emails this quickly before! Plus they live in the US. Thanks again.

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 teenage sons and 2 of their friends for 1 week. It was wonderful. The home is spacious, clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for even more people. The pool was gorgeous and the kids were out there nearly every moment we weren't at one of the local attractions. It was very easy to get to and close to all the attractions (never more than 15 minutes in the car to get to where we wanted to go). I would not hesitate recommending this home to anyone. The stores are almost next door! 5 Minutes to get anything you may need at any Hour!

I cannot tell what a great experience we had at Walt Disney World. Your home made our vacation even better. Very roomy house and your own pool, what a great benefit. There were 11 in our party and we all had plenty of space and privacy. Everything was furnished by the homeowners from towels to dinnerware. I recommend that this home is the way to go if you and your family are visiting Disney. Great and honest homeowners! Thanks Robert
